We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and my birthday weekend. When we arrived we entered an impressive, bright and lovely smelling reception. Our room wasn’t quite ready after check in time so we were given vouchers for drinks at the bar. It was worth the wait (although we didn’t wait long) as the rooms are spacious and luxurious. On returning to our room on the evening of our anniversary it was lovely to find that we had been left a card, cake and sweets, such a nice gesture. Every single member of staff that we met were friendly and professional but still had time for us, they are a credit to the hotel. The cocktails are different and some of the best I’ve had. We loved our stay here and plan to return again next year (pandemic permitting). We sincerely hope the hotel and staff will still be there continuing their good work and excellent customer service.

My sister and I were staying at the hotel for the 3-day C2C festival at the O2. We arrived on Thursday to ensure that we did not miss out on the festivities happening early the following morning. Upon checking in, we were greeted by the very welcoming Luka who made sure we had all the right information regarding travelling to and from the O2. This is very important to us as we did not know the area very well. He was very knowledgable about the amenities available at the hotel, including the complimentary spa facilities. Even though we did not come prepared for this, the hotel was very good in offering us the necessities required. Nevertheless, when we had settled in for the night at around 7 pm we received information about the postponing of the event. We went to reception and the staff were already aware of the situation and provided us with a more than generous solution considering the circumstances (Covid-19). Their consideration put my sister and me at ease. As we were not aware of the rescheduled dates, Barbara was very helpful in making sure that we had enough time to use up the credit given to us. We were able to go to sleep knowing that we had not wasted our money. The following morning, we had a wonderful breakfast with a great view of the O2, the catering staff were very attentive to us, ensuring that all our needs were met. We proceeded to reception to ask about the credit. Luka was, yet again, very informative about the situation and even offered a later check out in order for us to use the spa facilities. Overall, we are very grateful for the staff at this hotel as they made a very bad and disappointing situation better. Their hospitality and goodwill made us very likely to continue to stay at the Radisson Blu for future C2C events. We can not thank them all enough.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times now, the hotel is lovely, impeccably clean and the rooms are well appointed. Its fairly expensive but not overly taking the location into consideration, it’s a very short DLR/Tube jump to The O2. The stand out feature is the fantastic staff - this hotel has a great team, always a great welcome, friendly, informative... I’m sure we’ll be back again soon.

Beautiful room, lovely staff, great facilities. I certainly recommend a stay. I stayed as part of a birthday trip to London and was very pleased. I was upgraded to a River view room which offered great views, thank you Kitty on reception. Breakfast was good and the inclusive Spa facilities were great.

We booked to go to the C2C festival in the O2. The concert was cancelled at very short notice (we heard about it at 2100hrs the night before) We couldn’t change the hotel or the coach trip without losing money so we decided to carry on with the hotel. This was a good decision as from the moment we got there we were really spoilt. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was lovely and clean. The gym and spa were really nice and well equipped . The restaurant Scoff and banter was very nice with good food and good views over the Thames.
