The location for the Hotel is great as it is close to Wembley and has free parking (there was space for our car which was great!) Went up with my sister for an overnight stay as we were seeing the Spice Girls. The room was run down, mattress was very uncomfortable with the springs pressing in my back. Some of the plug sockets were dodgy, went to plug my charger in and the side light flickered and switched off and made a funny sound from the socket. Shower broken. Pillows were very lumpy (very worn) and I didn't want to take cover of to look at them! We're were put in room 507 right next to the kitchen and were woken up at 6am by lots of staff taking outside out door, we were very tired being up at a concert! The buffet continental breakfast was slabs of processed cheese slices and packaged pastries, beans boiled eggs and toast with dodgy toasters, it was ok as far a food goes. Ideally if u want some where close to Wembley with free parking for an overnight stop but would not recommend for anything else!!! Needs doing up!

Location 5 Star Accommodation 2 Star. If you are going to Wembley Stadium and want reasonably priced that is close to a tube station then this is your best option. Free parking, Kingsbury Tube station is a couple of minutes walk away. There is a Weatherspoons called JJ moons right next to the tube. Good for a group not for a romantic break.

Really disappointed with Kingsland Hotel. Stayed there years ago and was really pleased. Spoke with them over the phone and they were able to give me a double room that same night. I thought great. Over the phone they said £80. I arrived very late when checking in and taking the payment, the receptionist said £90. I tried to tell him that I had booked the room earlier and was told £80. He was very dismissive and talking over me.he made myself and partner uncomfortable. What happened to customer service over £10! The room itself was not a double was a family which you might think was nice but it wasn’t. It has two single beds and a double and felt weird. Not a couples vibe. The room was also very hot and had a weird smell. Be careful booking over the phone as they clearly lie. I have already rang and tried to speak to the manager but apparently he’s unavailable

On check-in the receptionist took a copy of passport without asking permission, this was only returned when we challenged the legality. Later in room 201 we smelt smoke permeating into the bathroom and also noticed the extractor fan was not working. Went down to reception and was met with the question "what can I do?" Is it for the guests to determine? We asked if we could change room, met with the reply you might be able to after 10pm. Claimed all rooms were fully booked. Looking at the car park this seemed unlikely or we could have room that had not been cleaned! Totally disinterested about someone smoking, which was probably from the room directly below. Another breach of UK law. We were planning to stay again at this hotel due to its reasonable rates, free parking and proximity to the underground, not now. On the positive rooms are a good size and fans are provided. Bathroom is very small however.

Chose this hotel for it's price and location. I thought on this visit I wanted a quality hotel with some home comforts. Good free car parking facilities at the rear of the hotel and on arrival was greeted by the 24 hour reception which looked very nice and welcoming. This hotel looked very promising. Given keys to room no.103 1st floor room with 4 window views to the rear and side of hotel. Room was large with a good sized double bed. Ensuite with walk in shower was ok. The hotel site does emphasis luxury however it was not. Rooms are ok but signs of wear and age were obvious, pillows had small rips, seals at base of shower deteriorating and in poor condition. The room was average and from the price paid, I did expect a little higher standard and a little more personal touches. The hotel room was ok for my needs and the hotel served continental type breakfast.
