We had a dinner with my family last night, I must say it was one of the best experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The place is usually busy, so it’s better to book in advance. After we waited around 15 mins we were escorted to our table, which was inside on a banquette seat. Menus are on QR codes, which I thought was very smart avoiding menus being passed around. Ruben was our waiter suggested to have soho house singanture cocktails, picante and soho mule which were excellent. Food and service was just even better, cod and the pork chops were exceptional. We left extremely satisfied, they keep eye on details, lighting, cleanliness, we felt very safe in this uncertain times due covid. We will be definitely back.

This boutique hotel is pure luxury. From the super-king bed with gorgeous sheets to the cowshed toiletries (including Cowshed hand sanitizer) and powerful waterfall shower, we felt look after and so spoiled staying here. Inspired by the great interiors of High Road House we shopped in some local antique and interior stores during the day! We had dinner in the Brasserie which was buzzing and the staff go above and beyond, best service I have had in any London restaurant. Steak Tartare was a must have. At night, the hotel room was very quiet. Breakfast in bed! Thank you for the stay!

What can i say about this place... expensive, pretentious, noisy and overall very disappointing! We stayed here last night after working all day and night on a show in central london, we thought we'd get out of the West End and stay somewhere more laid back, we checked in very late, I'd booked what was called a 'Tiny' room.. and guess what?? Its absolutely tiny, and also hotter than hell, 22 degrees, the central heating appeared to be stuck on HOT, the aircon didn't appear to do a thing, also its a hot/cold air blowing system with vents directly over the bed... mm healthy.. next the neighbour's in room 11 (we were in 12) were having a full on party/midnight get together, i phoned down to reception and guess what... yes this made them worse.. The window overlooked the road and the double glazing is far from ideal, in fact the window is very draughty. Nothing is complimentary in the room except the 'water in the tap' (words of the porter) so take your own shower gel and shampoos unless you want to pay £25 a bottle for some Cowshed products... on check out the receptionist just made a faint apology and assured me someone would call or email me, of course they haven't.. my personal suggestion to anyone wanting to book here.. take your cash elsewhere, like the Best Western over the road and spend the difference on a great night out!! Never again

The staff really made our stay here, they're efficient and go out of their way to make your stay extra special. Really lovely rooms, great location, overall a fabulous stay. I liked it so much I booked for my parents to stay for my fathers birthday, and from what they said they loved to. Again the staff went out of their way to make sure my dad has a lovely birthday.

If there’s one thing about the Soho House chain of restaurants that are open to the public (as opposed to their private clubs), you can’t go wrong with their winning formula of great decor, buzzy atmospheres, friendly and professional service, decent menus and good food. You’ll often need to book ahead at weekends, whether for brunch, lunch or dinner, but if there two or four of you then you may not need to wait long. If you’re not sure where to go in Chiswick, then this is the easy best choice. And if you need somewhere to stay afterwards, the bedrooms above are among the smallest and most comfortable you will have ever experienced - they’re great. Oh, and a little secret: don’t worry if you’re not a member and can’t get into the club on the first floor: this isnt their finest (though nearby TV Centre is amazing) and the ground floor public space is just as good and more lively
