Nice hotel at the end of Zone 2, at a 3 minutes' walk from a bus stop and two tube stops (Nothern line). Victorian building in a quiet street. Small rooms, but confortable, clean and cosy. Views to a park. Friendly and helpful staff. Wi-Fi and breakfast not included. The shower worked, but the water pressure was very low.

The staff is very nice and kind, always available and very helpfull. The room was clean and the location of the hotel was good. But... the size of the room was so small you couldn't turn around or you would hit your head to one of the ugly pieces of furniture. I secretly hoped this would happend to my girlfriend,...

A quid short of a ton for a tiny room with a single bed (not a nice one at that) for the night, without brekkie or wi-fi (available at extra cost). What a rip off! The staff were friendly enough, the location was ok as was the shower. I wouldn't book here again given the choice. Sadly, everywhere else close...

I arrived late because my flight got delayed, they had no triple rooms as booked but I got a room upgrade. The room as very clean everyday. The staff was really helpful and nice all the time. The hotel is on a 5 minutes walk from the tube.

Very bad hotel, dirty and full of spiders, do not advise anyone to go there, I could not wait to leave! Plus people next door very noisy! Asked for refund after a terrible night and it was told me that "no refund can be done from us".

This hotel is close to central London. This is the only good thing going on for this hotel. The hotel is made up over several row houses. Each row house I had to pass through to get to my room is in need of repair. The carpet looks worn out and terrible. The bed was too firm and hard to...

We've got what we expected from an old, Victorian building; tiny rooms, narrow corridors, non-horizontal floor but charming atmosphere. The location is good, and it is perfect for a weekend-stay if you want to spend most of the time in the city. The staff was nice and helpful. The heating works well. Unfortunately, there was a group of young guests,...

The rooms are so small it is difficult to fit both a person and a suitcase in the same space! The rooms are not anything like the photos shown on the advertising. There are a couple of positives...the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Also, although small, the shower is hot and the pressure was good.
