Came to London for BST Hyde Park so wasnt asking for the poshest of rooms, however I would expect an en suite paid for to be big enough to fit in, i'm 5ft 8 and medium built so not overweight and it was so uncomfy and confined in the smallest en suite I've ever seen that I have checked out... The rooms are small 8x7feet. Tiny toilet and shower. But if you are a solo traveler it is ok considering it's cheaper than similar quality places around it. I was served fresh cooked breakfast and it was great. Don't be put of by negative reveiws and see it for yourself. Also it depends on your expectations, it is a cheap... More

Nice boutique hotel if you want two stay in London three of four days and save some money. Room not very large, but clean and with all comforts you need. Staff and owner very helpful. Good location to visit London.

On arrival we were shown to our room. To say it was small is an understatement. The bed was so small we were touching as we lay on it. There was a blanket for warmth but this did not reach the bottom of the bed! The bathroom was so small that when you were sat on the loo and leaned... More

It was £75 per night for our twin room which was fine. It's a bit annoying that you can't get in the front door without calling a member of staff (although the staff were lovely). The room was an okay size with a three quarter bed and a single bed. The bedspreads had lots of worrying, crunchy (yes, crunchy) stains... More

Perfect location ..nearby shops and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the underground and the express train to the airport. Staff was absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable about tourist things to see and do. On the other hand..tiny rooms.. mold in the bathroom which made the smell unbearable. The shower curtain was also covered in mold and desperately needed to be replaced.

Was traveling with a family of 5 and stayed here for 2 nights. It's a great location - a few blocks from Hyde Park, and easy walking to get to Oxford Street. The room was extremely small - the door couldn't open fully as it was butting up against a bed, and the beds probably occupy 90% of the floor... More

We chose this hotel because of its nearness to Paddington Railway Station as well as being walking distance into London itself. We did not expect too much for the price we were paying and were satisfied with what we found. The rooms are small and the bathroom was the smallest one we have had but I think most budget hotels... Family run hotel with great service, but needs some updating. The staff lives on site, so there is someone to let you in 24/7. Rooms are very small, but that doesn't seem unusual for London. There is no lift, so be able to haul your luggage at least 2 flights of stairs. Also, the wifi only works in the lobby.... More
