This hotel is really nice, and great value for money compared to other London hotels. It has a boutique feel and the rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean with a modern bathroom and high quality toiletries included. The hotel is a short walk from a tube station and it is about 30 minutes into central London. We were in... More

Forget all your overpriced London hotels. In terms of value for money as well as great service this place is hard to beat. The rooms and the over all look of the hotel shows that a lot of thought has gone into giving the hotel designer boutique feel. No mass produced generic art on the walls but rather interesting one... This is an excellent hotel located within 5 min. walk of the Piccadilly Line with direct links to the City centre. Hotel is spotlessly clean, staff are very friendly with excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was compact but extremely well fitted and had everything you need and was exceptionally clean. Could not fault it. Parking is limited... More

First the traffic in this part of London is horrible. The hotel has very limited car parking space so the best bet is the NCP near the nearby tube station. The room was more than adequate ours was on the 2nd floor so if you are carrying heavy luggage and have a room on the top floor it could be... More

What a great little place in London. Hotel is just as the photos, clean modern and great facilities. We got a great price but as we wanted an earlier check in the hotel gave us a smaller room and charged us less 30 mins on the tube into central London 2 mins walk from the station and 10 mins walk... Stayed overnight at this hotel whilst visiting London for a friends birthday. The outside does not match the inside. It has been nicely refurbished and is very clean. Good points: Rooms/decor very nice and clean, modern looking. L'occitaine toiletries were lovely. Free small bottle of red wine but neither of us drank red so it was left.Very friendly and helpful... We stayed here for my birthday for two nights. Everything was fab from the time we arrived. Reception - all staff were extremely helpful and a very high standard of customer care. The hotel itself is very deceptive from the street. Inside it is very contemporary and stylish and has clearly undergone a very upmarket refurbishment. The furniture in the... More

I can't say enough about Hotel 55, it exceeds all my expectations in a hotel. From the outside the hotel looks average and humbling, but once you enter you realize what a hidden gem it is. The building is renovated and very updated. It's very clean and inviting and larger then it's outward appearance. We originally reserved a double room... More

We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. it is clean and comfortable and a reasonable price for London. Our room was a little dark and could have done with a bit more light but not really a problem for one night though. We didn't stay for breakfast but the restaurant looked really nice and modern. The gentleman who... More
