Had a great time, the staff were brilliant and really looked after us. We were upgraded to a suite which was fantastic. The breakfast was really nice, I couldn’t fault anything about this hotel and would highly recommend it.
Stayed at Sea Containers and had a fabulous 1 night stay visiting family in London. Debora on reception was welcoming, friendly and ensured we had all the necessary information to make the most out of our stay. Many thanks to Victor Wareborn Front of House Manager at Sea Containers for his assistance in making our stay so memorable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
The location is fine but the whole experience was a bit underwhelming. We booked 3 rooms for several days for a family get together. Design is nice, rooms are small but that is normal for London. No room service menu, no bathrobes, TV control missing, problems with Wifi , no storage in room if you have a lot of luggage. Just small things but all together a bit irritating. Not much warmth from staff at reception, any of the bars or in the restaurant,. At times felt the atmosphere was about as friendly as being at a train station passing through. We would probably not stay here again.
My family and I had a reservation at the restaurant to celebrate my mum's birthday and we had an amazing time, everyone was very friendly, food and cocktails were amazing. They definitely made a special birthday lunch, special. Thank you Sea Containers !
An absolutely awesome hotel! Quirky decor, great location, fabulous rooftop bar, lovely room with lots of amenities, fantastic breakfast! Will definitely stay here again & thoroughly recommend to everyone else!
Great location, wonderful service and stunning views! We would normally not select such a modern looking hotel but were glad were did. Something a bit different. Able to visit so many places from this spot.
Awesome location, Awesome Hotel and above all awesome Staff. Rooms were a bit tiny but manageable. Breakfast was good but should mix it up so it's not same everyday. 5 star hotel 5 star experience. I will stay here again.
We had a wonderful overnight stay, the team were excellent and we were really well look after. Dinner and cocktails were fab, and the breakfast was amazing. Both myself and my niece were very happy with our stay. It's an excellent location too. The sunset and views from 12th Knot were amazing on the longest day of the year.
Honestly, I cannot remember the last time I was so pleasantly surprised by a hotel booking. The staff were SO much more professional, helpful, and informative than anywhere else I’ve stayed post-covid; the room was beautifully designed, all tech was cutting-edge, and the room service menu was wonderful and all orders were delivered promptly. Lastly, every department from the phone operators to house keeping over-delivered each time I asked for help. TRULY, the training program at Sea Containers must be head and shoulders above most of their competition. Ps I’m ALMOST afraid I’ll never be able to find availability once everyone else realizes just HOW wonderful a stay at SCs will be……..
We love the location and the room we have but always feel like we are more a hinderance rather than a paying guest when dining or asking for things out of the ordinary. Like a cup of coffee at 10:30 on the terrace. The food and beverage selection is big hotel big selection but with little flexibility. Wouldn’t recommend but I would stay again just for the location
