Great location very close to Tower Bridge & amazing views of the Shard from our room. Staff were very friendly & couldn’t do enough for us, bed was very comfy too after a couple of long days of sightseeing! Would definitely recommend & would return
We have stayed here several times the location is brilliant, the staff are very helpful, accommodating and supportive of your needs. They constantly check you have everything you need but are not intrusive. The terrace was closed this time due to covid but is lovely for evening drinks looking over the skyline. Breakfast was good too. We are diamond member so access to drinks/ snacks which works so well in London. Rooms are clean and very comfortable with everything you need. The hotel is close to tower bridge, the shard, Borough Market, the Thames, Millennium bridge, the Globe theatre, Bank/ St Pauls all in walking distance. Great restaurants and pubs. Thank you so much Hilton Tower Bridge a brilliant stay again. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in London is perfect! Just checked in today so still here. Great location but hugely expensive so naturally you would expect a top class experience. Check in was quick and efficient. I have the 10th floor execitive room but it looks tiny to me. Has a bar bridge and other standard stuff. No microwave. Tea and coffe facilities. Complimentary water - I think. One bedside lamp is not working. The shower head leaks. Breakfast is a hit and miss. No bowls, no butter, culery missing - dirty main dish plates. My table got cleared even though I was still eating and left for a minute to get some tea! Overall not a premium experience and no I have not complained to them. I just expected better for the price!
One of our favourite accommodations when visiting London without a doubt! The staff welcomed us when we arrived. Additionally, the receptionist, Grabriella, was OUTSTANDING and gave us adjoining rooms on the top floor. Excellent service was provided by the night bar staff, mainly Liam, Alex, and Jose. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody!
1st visit since before Covid when it was our go to hotel in London. Nice to return to an old friend even if the world has moved on. Good stay, Alba on reception was very good as we're the staff in Bar Ruba. Breakfast was ok, but nothing more. Perhaps spoiled by staying in other hotels since my last visit where breakfasts are better . The coffee/tea at breakfast particularly let it down. My wife always likes a continental breakfast at the hilton, but she could find only pastries that were appealing this time. 1 last thing I have noticed about staying at any Hilton Hotel ,you can change the air con to get cooler, but ultimately it reverts to a set 23.5 or 24 . Why?
Lovely, friendly welcome at reception on arrival, advised anything they could do to make our stay more enjoyable to contact them. Lady at bar exceptional, couldn’t do enough for you and cocktails were to die for!! Huge selection at breakfast, again staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel areas & rooms clean and maintained to high standard. All the staff we came across were exceptional. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Tower Bridge
Trains were on strike. Hotel stayed open later to serve food and provided excellent customer service. Room was ready early and we could get sleep after an 8 hour flight! Check in great ! Definitely recommend
Make sure you check your bank statement. This hotel charged my card twice. I reserved on booking.com. When I arrived they asked me to put my card in the reader to confirm. When I checked out the card was charged £278, £8 for a drink including £5 carry charge. When I now checked my online banking, why am I now seeing £278 and an additional £270.??? Called the hotel the woman on the phone was speaking jargon!!!! Long story short called my bank got a refund. This hotel will not be seeing me again!! Nice try!
Amazing place to stay with even more amazing staff , everyone was super nice and professional, big thank you to from office team Dawn and Gabrielle who went all and above to make sure we have an amazing stay ! Also big thanks to Housekeeping team and Michaela.V for arranging baby cot and making sure room is spotless. I have returned to the hotel after the COVID break. I love this hotel for excellent service, cleanness, location in Southwark, lovely breakfast. I have been using club rooms with lounge access. It was a bit disappointing now. The services and the selection in the lounge was worse than before. Waiting for pre-covid standards.
