Hotel's Favorite
We have stayed here several times the location is brilliant, the staff are very helpful, accommodating and supportive of your needs. They constantly check you have everything you need but are not intrusive. The terrace was closed this time due to covid but is lovely for evening drinks looking over the skyline. Breakfast was good too. We are diamond member so access to drinks/ snacks which works so well in London. Rooms are clean and very comfortable with everything you need. The hotel is close to tower bridge, the shard, Borough Market, the Thames, Millennium bridge, the Globe theatre, Bank/ St Pauls all in walking distance. Great restaurants and pubs. Thank you so much Hilton Tower Bridge a brilliant stay again. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in London is perfect! Thank you to all the staff you did a fabulous job for our daughters birthday! See you again soon.

We booked a night here last minute. Nice location, that's where it ends. Our room was unfinished and filthy. There were pillows without cases dotted over the room and considering the times we are living in, the room was thick with dust and some of the furniture had quite obviously not even been wiped down after previous guests. We called reception to ask for them to rectify this. They very kindly offered a nicer room with a view, a bottle of wine and 2 complimentary drinks. We got in the room, the view was nice but immediately noticed large marks on the window that were quite obviously where a naked person had leant against it and also what looked like bodily fluids. I don't have a clear picture of this as it was very difficult to show on the glass. The room was also very dusty and had crumbs from previous guests all over the table. The room was generally tatty which would have been OK had it not been for the very obvious lack of thorough cleaning not only for general hygiene but I wouldn't think this hotel is covid safe due to very poor cleaning practice. We had to sit in the room for 30 minutes while we waited either on hold to reception or waiting for someone to call the room back. We were taken to a room without a nice view and the room wasn't as nice. It was cleaner but not as clean as a hotel should be and we just felt really uncomfortable and no longer wanted to stay. We decided to go to reception and ask if we could have our money back for the booking. We waited a while before the manager came to see us and told us quite firmly in front of other guests that she cleaned the room herself before we went it and that it was clean. Not only was this not true but it was quite embarrassing to be challenged about this in the main lobby in front of other people. At one point during the conversation another member of staff put a printed form on our suitcase which had personal details of another guest on. We were eventually offered a refund "free of charge" which was taken gratefully. We were then late to meet friends and couldn't find anywhere else to stay so ended up getting on the train home. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel. So disappointed 😞

Recently completed a 6 day stay at the Hilton Tower Bridge and was completely satisfied. My room was comfortable, the staff were excellent and the breakfast was very good. However, notwithstanding any other feature, the location is first rate. London Bridge Station (tube and national rail) directly across the street. London Bridge Pier for the Thames Clipper is a brief walk. Major attractions - Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, HMS Belfast - are easily walkable. There is a DOCTAP location for COVID testing at the rear of Southwark Cathedral, again a 10 minute walk. Borough Market is just beyond that. Some minor grips - the shower leaked a bit, the fold out chair bed (not required) was prepared and left out for the entire stay and the cleaning was consistently inconsistently (in a minor way) every day. However, all in all a great stay. I felt I received good value and I would return. I would recommend to family, friends, clients and colleagues without reservation.

Just completed a stay at the Hilton Tower Bridge (not the DoubleTree) and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and efficient. The executive room was clean and the Executive lounge food and drinks were excellent. Finally I have to mention the breakfast which was hot, fresh and plentiful. The only minor gripe was the coffee from the machines at breakfast which was not to nice…..but a minor gripe. Thank you Hilton staff for helping make our anniversary stay so relaxing.
