This place is perfect for your weekend in London, central to everything. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by staff, upgraded as it was a birthday weekend, 7th floor looking at the shard. Room was perfect, spotlessly clean and just great. Hotel itself had a great bar and restaurant. Went down for coffee on the morning, the lady working kindly offered us cake from her birthday, which we accepted, sadly I can't remember her name, her service was impeccable and a credit to the hotel. Hotel is short walk to the Thames, 300mts from London bridge station and a short walk to the bridge itself, couldn't want for a better location.

Hotel's Favorite
I enjoy saying in Hilton hotels on city trips as the beds are always extremely comfortable with good quality sheets. I stayed in an executive room. There is a seating area off the lobby where you could comfortably work or read (similar to a residents lounge of old). The bar was ‘COVID compliant’ busy which created a nice atmosphere. The location is perfect for exploring on foot Borough Market, Tower of London, St Paul’s and Spittelfields. However it is only 2 mins from London Bridge Station with mainline trains for exploring outside London and fast trains to Gatwick Airport, ever half hour, on most trains destined for Brighton (2 stops, 30 minutes). It’s an easy 2 minute walk (in high heels) to the Shard to enjoy reasonably priced meals with amazing views of London even without a window table). It’s a perfect location for a night out in London followed by a walk or jog by the river before breakfast.

Nice to see the Hotel opening up. Like before Covid measures are strictly adhered tp Breakfast lunch and Dinner now available no exec lounge i guess as there are too few people. Instead of the lounge you get breafast and a drink voucher, the small bottle of wine in the room seems to have disappeared but i guess a sign of the times The offices around the hotel are beginning to re open so expect more traffic in the hotel moving forward The location is the main winner for the hotel and currently room prices are very affordable All in all very highly recommended

Prime central location for the City. Straightforward business hotel. No food because of the pandemic, strangely the pandemic precluded providing room service, which appears illogical. Rooms clean. Hotel mostly empty.

Lovely staff through out the hotel particularly at reception and Breakfast. Full Covid precautions with all rooms cleansed before being available. Restaurant was open for all meals with full breakfast ordered and brought to your table. The venue is just fantastic with Tower Bridge and Borough Market very close by. Highly recommended
