Stayed here recently for a couple of nights on a trip to London. It’s a compact and bijoux hotel - took a bit of finding as from the outside it looks like a house rather than a hotel. Overall we had a good stay, the room and bathroom (a swanky deluxe) were large for London standards, although the price of the room reflected this. Our room was on the second floor facing the front of the hotel and we found it quiet night and day, the room also had air conditioning which was appreciated in the warm weather, and we enjoyed the Molton Brown bathroom toiletries. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. We were disappointed to find that there were no meat options at breakfast, which is optional and costs £13 per person. You can request cooked eggs, and there is a very good selection of breads, fruit and cereals. There is no lift, so be aware if you have mobility issues with stairs. Handy for Baker Street tube and nearby amenities like Tussauds and various restaurants.…
Good Hotel, nice Location for us as we had appointment nearby, lovely street and quiet. It was a very hot night and the air con could perhaps have been better but no complaints really. Nice people, etc, good value for money. would recommend .........................

This place is just like home. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They make our stay very comfortable. The location is amazing just 10 min walk from Oxford street. We love everything about this experience
The staff. The creams in the bathroom This is a cute boutique hotel in a wonderful position in Marlebone, but the room was very small. The bed was a 3/4 bed and the matress was soft and sagging. Also, the bath plug was not working,. The staff were very nice and apologetic. After the second night they changed the matress and fixed the bath plug., and after that we had a very pleasant stay. I have to single out Marina and Holy who are an asset to the hotel. cons were the small bed and not very comfortanle matress, to start.
Its clean and does the job, but I expected more from this boutique hotel. The room was dated, and throughout the night you could hear people coming and going. The bathroom needs better ventilation too. Staff were lovely! Good location too.
The hotel was in a perfect location to attend a BST event at Hyde Park . We received a very warm welcome from Holy on reception who kindly gave us a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast as we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. The room had excellent air conditioning and the bed was the best nights sleep I have had in any London hotel ever . Shaimaa who looked after us at breakfast made sure we were well hydrated and fed after an evening before out in 27 degrees !! The location is perfect with lots of beautiful restaurants to eat in and Oxford street is a 13 minute walk away for those who like to shop !! We will definitely be back when next in London . Thank you for a wonderful stay .
This boutique hotel is perfect for a London stay. Its located in a quiet nieghbourhood but close to all amenities and the metro. Within walking distance in all directions to good dining, parks and sites. Staff are friendly and can help with things to see etc. They also have a small bar available for afternoon cocktail or glass of wines.
Great small and beautiful hotel in a quiet heritage street. The photos on the website are very accurate. Very convenient location. Great coffee / lunch places nearby. Rooms are good size for London. Staff friendly and helpful. I thought it was very good value for money.
Boutique hotel, great service and very convenient location for business purposes. Probably best to carry a light bag as there is no elevator. My room was on the top floor and felt hot in the afternoon but a fan was available (though I never used it)
