Pretty Victorian hotel with a great location in Kensington. Big modern room with loads of closet space. The Whites toiletries were a lovely treat.great shower The interior is clean and modern , but the pretty Victorian era tiles are still there..good combo. Pleasant bar and breakfast room and a garden to enjoy, weather permitting. The staff was helpful and the price was right. A winner..

What a wonderful hotel for a quick visit to London. The staff were super friendly and the hotel felt very clean and COVID safe. Staff had arranged for a travel cot in our room and were very attentive helping with bags, buggy etc. The building is beautiful with a real sense of history. Our coffee and pastry breakfast was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

This is our second time staying here. There's new staff now and had reopened 3 days before we arrived. Warm welcome from reception staff when we arrived. We knew our room wouldn't be ready, so left our luggage and went off to explore. We'd booked a standard double room. Decent size apart the shower which was small. Suitable for slim people. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working in the whole hotel, being repaired next day. It was safe to leave our windows open though. Breakfast is not included and you have to pay extra. Slight hiccup with breakfast first morning but sorted quickly. Overall very friendly and helpful staff.

We came to the hotel, 25.06.2021, first impressions gorgeous hotel, beautiful grounds. We had a lovely meal Friday evening even chatted to wedding guests. However bar staff whilst personable and chatty need training..asking how yiu measure a liquor. Breakfast is a hearty fry up, mushrooms were cold thought this may just be bad luck. I asked whether there could be fruit and yoghurt. for breakfast. The second morning we were.met with ques for breakfast no social distancing and some agitated guests. The ques snaked the middle of the restaurant and cleaning down of table was inadequate. Our room was next to staff room, initially I thought the noise was noise guest, it wasn't it was staff.

I stayed at The Rockwell during Covid and was immediately shocked with how clean and safe I felt there. I was equally greeted by their extremely kind manager, Roxana. I had such an amazing experience that I stayed here again and again. This review is long overdue. Not only is the location perfect for getting around the city but Roxana went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I need. I can't recommend this hotel enough!
