I booked to come for the Queens funeral. The stay was good clean spacious apartments. The best part of my stay was how beautiful and helpful the red headed receptionist called Natasha was. Would stay again, however in the day time the lifts were extremely slow.

Very disappointed. No kettle in the apartment TV was not working Internet was not working No remote control Not a good trip for my family that came all the way from Manchester. Deposit should be returned.

I have taken a look into the booking as well as speaking to every staff member and none have mentioned that any of these were addressed throughout your stay. Our front desk reception is 24 hours so you can contact us anytime should you have any questions or concerns. I'd like to take this opportunity to apologies regarding the communication and hope this does not hinder you from a return stay as we would like to try and makes things right. Booked via Expedia. Definitely not like the photos. Checked in, the water dispenser near the lift had no cups. I mentioned this to reception when anyone was available and no cups were added during our 4 night stay. So our room very dusty, no bottled water provided as advertised, tierd needs renovating big time, the fridge had a used drink left in there, no welcome pack. The apartment was spacious, but....I had to goto reception to request bedding for my son as there was none provided for the sofa beds. Natasha who was really helpful came to the room with bedding. Both sofa beds were broken and unusable. So we were upgraded to the penthouse. This penthouse had a really small lounge, could not eat comfortably together. There was more dust, en suite shower not working, cracked shower tray that was blocked, cracked en suite sink. Shower and tray reported and even after 3 days upto check out this was not fixed. Really not the accommodation to show case high standards in London. This is a joke of a place for 4 stars. I have told Expedia they should be ashamed of advertising this place. Even the staff said the owners don't want to spend money on anything.

Don’t pay for the balcony upgrade, it’s too small to sit on. There was only one sofa between 4 adults. The internet did not work and the tv was very small and dated. The shower had no power and the temperature was inconsistent. Parking good and secure, although you have to phone reception every time you need to get access.

These apartments are in a great location, close to tube, Tesco & Canary Wharf. It was a good price for a 2 bedroomed apartment in London. The rooms were clean & the kitchen had everything you need. The bedrooms are spacious & 2 bathrooms is a bonus. The lounge & dining area is compact & could do with a couple of arm chairs or another sofa.

The location is very good with the metro nearby and shops and restaurants. The quality of apartment needs to be reviewed givent the price. The apartment was not clean, the carpet and the sofa were stained. I paid for a baby cot, it's outrageous to charge this price for a travel cot with towels for mattress.

I was unfortunate to have had to stay at Marlin apartments for longer than I needed to. I first went into an apt where the heating wasn’t working, the toaster was missing and the hot water wasn’t working as well as the WiFi and tv. The WiFi didn’t work for the whole duration of my stay. The cupboards were faulty and the fridge door would not shut and the freezer section would ice up and the washing machine would rarely work. The dishwasher would not work either. The dishes came out cloudy and still dirty. Charging over £300 a night for such a low standard apt is beyond my belief and also good luck getting a good night sleep, people book out rooms for parties so you’re woken up at 3am with people screaming and shouting from the rooms. The only things that are decent about marlin apartments is the location and the staff. The actual rooms are outdated, I came here over 12 years ago and it still looks the same. It needs a major refurb, I will never be back.

1. No air conditioning/fans/ 2. Not a secure environment 3. Phone in my room wasn’t working 4. TV in my room had no remote control 5. Opening my windows because of the heat meant I had to deal with big flies and plenty of noise 6. The dirtiest lift/ reception/ and hall way ever!

Very good value for money. Good location. Frendly and helpful staff. Shout out for Hamza on reception. Very friendly and helpful. Parking and ammeneties good. This is the second time we have stayed here and would again and would recomend to others.

A swarm of flies welcomed us into the apartment. The sliding doors were open and there are no screens. The bathroom had mold on the tiles and shower drains were partially clogged. The apartment was spacious but the rug, furniture and walls were filthy, there were stains on the walls and the lampshades. Damaged laminate floors and peeling doors were also present . TV was not programmed and inoperable. I reported the bathroom issue to the front desk. The drain issue was fixed but nothing else. No one responded to the WhatsApp messages I left for the concierge service. The front desk staff were nice but don’t appear empowered to solve what seems to be a systemic issue of cost-cutting, and poor maintenance while charging non-refundable premium rates. Reserve at your own risk! It was very disappointing.
