Old, matchbox sized rooms, smells like curry, shared bathrooms, no elevator, no air conditioning, poor service, charges in advance for all nights and will NOT allow cancels or changes. A trap to get you to stay in a dump.

Dear Guest We are really sorry that you did not have a nice stay with us. You reserved a small basic single room with shared bathroom facilities on the hall for one week. On the day of arrival when you came to hotel you insisted that your room should have private shower & WC, air-conditioning, elevator. The receptionist on duty... More

Very nice Owners, close to the center, a walking distance from the metro and restaurants, shops etc. Nice staff. The owner Mr Gupta helped me in a refund even when it was my fault that i booked on a wrong date. Recommended.

Cheap, tiny, and hot. Simply too small for two people. Room was basic and clean, so it was as expected for somewhere relatively inexpensive to stay in London. I previously stayed on Craven Rd (turn right coming out of Paddington Station), an area which costs a little more but has much better properties. I would highly recommend it instead.

Stated for one night. On first impressions was impresssed- the setting is beautiful as there is a small park outside with a great vibe and the Tudor Court building is beautiful from the outside. Also the the lady on reception was very accommodating. Inside however, the rooms are very dated. The bathroom is basically a plastic, porta-cabin style unit which... More

Dear Guest Thank you for your feedback regarding the location, staff and reception. But sorry to know that you did not have a nice stay with us. The double en suite room you stayed in for one night, is occupied by a British Gentleman each week for the last 10 years. He is so happy in this room. Regarding the... More

We stayed in room 328, which is on the first floor. The room had a beautiful view onto the garden in Norfolk Square. Lovely clean hotel with extremely friendly, helpful and all-round nice staff! Everything you need really during your stay in Central London. Highly recommended.

Steps away from Paddington Station, good restaurants nearby. Great staff, specially the woman (day shift). Rooms are small but I think that's how London is; clean though. We will definitely book this hotel again.

From no escalators to curry cooking smell all day to a falling apart toilet flush handle to no fan or air-conditioning - this should not be an Accor hotel. Just around the corner, a Mercure room costs just 20GBP more and has it all. I have stayed at both.

Dear Guest We are sorry to hear that you did not have a nice stay with us. The listing on Expedia was confusing because the deposit was non-refundable even though it was not listed as non-refundable. Expedia called the hotel and the owner,"Krishna" refused to refund the deposit for the change even though the change was made over 3 weeks before arrival. I booked a room that was not listed as non-refundable which means that instead of... More

A few steps away from Paddington Station (which is within easy reach of Heathrow Airport), this hotel is one of several surrounding the quaint Norfolk Square. Run down expensive and poor level of service from the front desk. Staff seem unable to speak English very well. Hotel reception has workmens tools and ladders sitting in it. Shower and toilet are tiny. Not really worth 120 a night minimum. There are much better hotels for the same price in the area
