Only good thing about this Hotel was its proximity to Marylebone station. Never stayed at a Travelodge before and I definitely won't be staying st one again. The adverts give impression of something much more than they are. Basic is fine if they are maintained! This one was not. Awful!

Great location and very close to tube station. Handy for picking up hop on and off tour bus on Baker Street. Rooms clean and comfortable staff very friendly and informative. Plenty of bars and eating places nearby.

The hotel is convenient for much of the West End and quiet. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom door would not close, not a great problem but a nuisance and I can't believe staff had not noticed. There was no soap in the basin dispenser but there was soap in the bath dispenser - again not serious but...

My husband and I came to London to celebrate my birthday and we wanted a hotel near to the concert venue and to where our daughter lives in Marylebone. We went for the Travelodge which is almost next door to Marylebone station and we were so pleased we did. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was well set...

This hotel was perfectly situated for our stay. We were on a budget (and therefore couldn't afford the crazy prices for some more central hotels) but this Travelodge turned out to be spot on. It is just outside Marylebone tube station so we were within a 2 min walk to the Bakerloo Line and could get anywhere in London very...

The room was simple but very clean and very good for a 3 days stay. The location is perfect, being next to Marylebone Station and Baker Street. A 10-15 minutes walk to Abbey Road Studios. Bars, Grills and supermarkets next to it. Very friendly staff. Perfect for sightseeing days.

Convenient location and easy to find near station, tube and buses. Hotel very comfortable and everything good over 5 night stay. Staff really helpful and friendly which made stay 5 star. Can get breakfast and dinner across the road and snacks in hotel or M&S at Marylebone station 30 yards away.

The location of this hotel is perfect, being next to Marylebone Station and off the main road, so above the ground floor, the rooms are quiet. The rooms are a standard Travelodge quality with very comfy bed and excellent wall mounted TV. Coffee and Tea Making facilities are provided with a cordless kettle. We requested a Hair Dryer as the...

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
