Stayed here for three nights. As usual for travelodge the bed was lovely and comfy, the room was clean and the shower was great. There is some noise but then again it's across from a busy train station and bus stop. It didn't affect our sleep in any way. The location was fantastic, walk across the road to the Bakerloo... I booked this Travelodge with some hesitation because recent experiences with them haven't been great. However, the location of this one was ideal, right next to Marylebone station, and we couldn't have asked for better service from the staff. Tim on reception was particularly helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and airy, and everything worked as expected. Despite being... More

Good area, comfortable bed, quiet, but the toilet and the service is a little weak. Indfividial rooms, with en-suite bathroom. Really close to marylebone and baker street stations. They didn't replace the mugs and the coffe from one day to another.

Stayed here for 2 nights, booked by my company. More like a student hostel than a proper hotel. Only 30 min free WiFi! Room was bare and bathroom was tiny and grubby. Housekeeping didn't bother to come between nights and so I was left with unmade bed, wet towels and food remains in the room (no breakfast- just a depressing... More

Great location for our visit to the outdoor theatre at Regents Park. Was a bit hot and noisy but we managed to get enough sleep. The hotel is what you expect from Travelodge but we found the staff very friendly and helpful. We had no water for the whole of our last evening and morning preventing us from showering or... More

Our three stays with Travelodge were spread during our 4 weeks in London before and after our daughter's wedding. Working to a budget, but not willing to sacrifice good sleep and clean facilities simply to economise, we used visitor reviews in making our choice of Travelodge hotels.Good decision :-)

Stayed here for a night and it was just what I needed a room close to the station so after a night could get train home easy in the morning. Good staff clean room only complaint is they had no aircon in the room and it was a hot summers night so very warm.

one star for pleasant staff & one for location ,,,,, BUT hot hot hot with windows closed & hot & noisy with window open. Tired & now really shown up by Premier Inn quality. Tip for owners .... You need better bathrooms, you have to have air con in inner London, a 19.99 fan does not do the job .... More

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
