A basic cheap hotel - no problem with basic however the least I expect is cleanliness. Fire doors locked. Furniture broken and old. Cigarette burns in curtains and table. The stench of the “bathroom” was like someone had emptied the entirety of their bowels on the floor. No hot water during the day. Need I go on? Oh yes - if the above didn’t put you of this will……BEDBUGS. 🤢 Booked for 2 nights but arrived home this morning in the early hours - we simply couldn’t stay another night after seeing more bedbugs. This place should be condemned and I do not know how it’s even allowed to be open. The WORST place I’ve ever had the misfortune to stay in
Lovely hotel, friendly staff. We had tea and full English breakfasts. All food cooked on premises and presented, tastes beautiful. I would definitely recommend to anyone.Great location too in quite a quiet area in London but easy to get to where you need to
I stayed at this B&B for a week while searching for a longer term accommodation close to my work place in Westminster. The favourable location of the hotel saved me plenty of time during the main business hours and as very new comer to London I was given plenty of useful information by the management. The hotel is clearly meant for quite people, strictly supervised during unsocial hours and clean to the standard of a family home. I had just a few occasions to have the very fair breakfast at the hotel and a breakfast to go in a bag when I was in a hurry to my workplace.
just returned home after spending some time in UK and recommend limegrove hotel in Victoria London and the fish and chip restaurant at £Wilton road London SW1. Hotel prices were a Life saver in Central London compared to most hotels around. Hotel is cheap and clean with a full English breakfast. I don't think similar hotels serve a cooked breakfast. Joyce and her staff are welcoming. One of her LED lights fused and she waited hours for the electrician to turn up.He came very late in the evening to avoid expensive parking fees in this well sought out area of London. Feeling sorry for them, I took a ladder and a screw driver and replaced the led unit. I \am truly happy that Joyce and her husband is keeping the hotel during this difficult time. We will come back to limegrove hotel for a longer time with my family when then museums are opened to visitors. Thank you soo much JOYCE and the staff. Kevin…
Avoid this hotel at all costs…. How this place is still running is beyond me!! It is so un-hygienic, especially during the pandemic it should be spotless! Old items of furniture lying around, bugs in the rooms, stained linen, the list is endless! I’d say this was more of a hostel/ bed sit than a b&b. Say no more!
