Stayed here because company booked us in here, stayed here for 4 nights over a 3 week period. The job was literally a 5minute walk away that's why I put up with it. Suppose to be 3 star but that is debatable. Didn't take any valuables after our first stay due to thinking its not safe in rooms that are... More

We came for Masters Aquatic Championship, stayed for a week. We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel upgraded our triple room to a nice 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen! We had a great stay and the hotel and its staff were much better than we excepted based on some reviews here. Beds were very comfy, breakfast was excellent, good... More

On arrival at the hotel our first impressions were very wary, the entrance door badly needed a coat of paint and the only access was by ringing a bell. The door was opened by a very freindly person and once booked in the staff gave us information about the area and travel arrangements for going into London. The bus runs... More

- Divided into 2 sections the one with en-suite facilities is towards the further end from the reception / dining area and the one without is nearer. So limited noise on this front but then the car park – for about 6-7 cars is right outside. Luckily for us, no problems there as well. - Locality is mainly Asian, so... More

Our room was small but the bed was enormous. There was no free space in the room and the door couldn't be fully opened because of the wardrobe. There were stains on the sheet and the pillows. We had to share the bathroom with other people. They offer full English breakfast which was really bad - beans from a can,... More
