Great location with very friendly staff. Very professional and great room service. Rooms exceptionally clean. Highly recommended to anybody who wants to stay in a really good hotel in London. The hotel is very close to Euston station, therefore easy to travel to.

So I booked this hotel after looking at the photos online and liked it’s central location. Upon checking in, check in wasn’t the smoothest, and was quite slow. I had booked a standard double room, and if you look at the management photos on here the rooms look quite small but airy and sort of modern none the less. But no…got in the room, the grey old carpet was stained in several places looked like it had never been cleaned in it’s life, didn’t actually want to remove my shoes it looker that bad. The cushions on the bed had visible stains on them, so they were quickly removed from the bed. Considering we are still in the middle of a pandemic you would think the cleanliness would be taken up a notch but it has to be one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Considering this is rated a 4 star hotel I find it hard to see how, it is a 3 star at most and that’s being very generous. I stayed in room 122 and it does not have any windows with a view it just looks like a soft box almost so bare that in mind if you did want natural daylight. The bathroom was more of a wet room as we were moved to an accessible room. The lighting was very bad and it had no full length mirror anywhere so that was a shame. The lift was very rickety and jolty, so don’t recommend using that if you’re scared of lifts anyway. Upon checkout we weren’t actually asked how our stay was otherwise I would have fed this back at the time but yes very disappointed. Save your money and book a travelodge or premier inn.

Partner had book a superior room for my birthday which we had to walk through toilets to get to so that wasn’t very pleasant, on arrival receptionist was fiddling with her phone and we had to wait to be greeted very unprofessional! Not cleaned to a standard you would expect considering COVID, finger marks on mirrors in bathroom and mirror in bedroom! Won’t be booking again!!!

Stayed here for seven days and loved it. Across the road from Euston station, have to take a detour due to local roadworks sadly. Room was nice, nothing fancy but it did everything very well. Breakfast was nice, although due to COVID it is reduced to a menu rather than a buffet, the bar service was lovely in the evening. Only downside is the hotel is located on top of the northern tube line so it is possible to feel the trains rushing past when you are in bed. The overall stay was pleasant and would love to stay again

Disgusting never seen anything like it soon as we arrived we got took to a room that wasn’t even ready looked like someone Just left 2 minutes before doesn’t look like pictures refused all help including a refund said “we offered you a upgrade” it was the same room up a level beyond a joke told them I’ve been scammed for money next door got a building site point blank refusal within seconds I didn’t want to be there ended up loosing £140 for the superior room which wasn’t superior in the slightest was close to a Prison cell with the state of the make up on the light shades and the table hanging off the wall Would never try there ever again STAY AWAY PEOPLE had to relocate to another hotel after losing money from them no help or understanding nothing like the pictures
