I had organised the trip for a Christmas present for my mum. A 2 bedroom apartment was brilliant for us - we were able to stay together without needing to worry about rooms being close to each other in a hotel. The apartment was nothing short of amazing! To start it was HUGE! Really big rooms and both had private bathrooms. We had a lovely sitting area and kitchen which allowed us flexibility to go out for food whilst also relaxing in the hotel and bringing food in. What really made the stay was the small touches. The staff were all lovely! They gave us a warm welcome on arrival and were always keen to know that we were enjoying our stay. They were also interested in knowing what we were doing during our day which made it a real personal experience. On arrival we had a complimentary hamper with biscuits, crisps and tea and coffee in it. What was really nice was there was bottled water and a carton of milk in the fridge as well. The toiletries were also luxury products including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and hand cream. Finally, the main attraction was the balcony views. We booked a Tower Bridge view and it did not disappoint. The view was out of this world! I would highly recommend booking a room with this view. I would definitely recommend a stay here. It matches luxury and location in comparison to some well known London hotels and is a more competitive price.…

We absolutely loved our stay at Cheval Three Quays in London England. Our suite was spacious and beautiful, and had the most amazing view of the Tower Bridge, the Thames, and the Shard. The location was perfect - right next door to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, The pier was right next door too, so we were easily able to use Uber Boat to access other parts of the City. The service was excellent - the staff were all very warm and welcoming and offered great tips for transportation and dining around the city. Compared to other accommodations I looked at this was a spectacular value - we had a kitchen, laundry and two bedrooms and bathrooms and the location was perfect!

Located next to the Tower of London. Clean spacious apartment with lovely views. Friendly staff. Tube station is a few minutes walk and boats are next to the apartments. There are cafes and restaurants nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at cheval three quays. friendly staff, fast responses and overall very efficient services. an issue i faced was a bad smell in the apartment (probably from previous guest cooking) which stuck to the furniture and very difficult to get rid of, however the front desk was super helpful with this matter as they offered deep cleaning of the apartment and if the smell didn’t go away that i will be switching rooms. another issue was the smart tv not working the first week of my stay but got fixed eventually. the apartment has super comfortable beds, but the curtains didn’t fully cover the windows as it let in some sunlight in the morning. overall, i would recommend cheval three quays to a friend.

Cheval Three Quays is near the London tower & bridge but keep it in mind that SOHO is far from here. Housekeeping is okay, but you need to remind them to clean drainage in shower booth.. seems like there not checking every day.

What an amazing place! Views to die for and a perfect location! Plenty of space our family of 6 and the dog! The staff are very helpful, made us feel very welcome and looked after… somewhat more hotel than serviced apartment. Only negative is the tight car park, if you have a big car watch those alloys!
