I stayed at Cheval Phoenix House for two months as part of my relocation to the UK and I must say it has been an absolutely fantastic experience! The accommodation is great at a central location very close to Sloane Square station. A major reason behind such a great experience was the front staff with a special call out to Alex! Of all my years of staying at hotels and serviced apartments I have rarely ever met someone as hospitable and helpful as Alex. He always went out of his way to help and make this a wonderful experience for me!

I cannot skip write a positive review about Cheval phoenix house. the stay was amazing from beginning. they sent me a pre visit survey asking about my arrival time and any other information that I might request, so I asked for early check in if possible as my flight was arrived at 7 am and my expectation in best situation was to check in around 12 pm. I have arrived to hotel at 9 am and the room was ready for check in and upgraded from open floor one bed room to luxury loft!! the Kitchen was fully occupied of eggs, milk, cheese, snacks, water, juices and coffee and tea section as complimentary with very warm welcoming message. Also I want to thank Alex from the front desk with his unlimited offers of helping me. Thank you Cheval and definitely you will be my first option for my next trip to London. …

Absolutely stunning hotel on a beautiful location. From the moment we stepped into the hotel to leaving the hotel - the service was absolutely brilliant. The staff were very friendly and very helpful to our requests. We loved it and cannot wait to visit again.

The Phoenix House is an small building in a small street across the fancy Sloane Street. Near the elegant fashion icons at Sloane Street and the cozy and cool Kings Road, a couple of blocks away. Far from the crowd of Oxford and Piccadilly, one can feel the London of the Good Times when you could find Jagger having a pizza at Kings road or Clapton living where today is a pizza place.

Exceptional. Hesitant to say too much more about it as I want to stay again when I'm next in London and frightened I won't be able to get a room. They thought of everything. From check-in to check-out they didn't put a foot wrong. Well done. Go and teach the French how to run a hotel.

During my last stay in London with my wife and daughter, I booked this room. Since the price wasn't as ridiculously high as most otzher hotels in this area, I didn't expect much. How wrong I was. The room was very spacy, with a nice kitchen, a very large bathroom and clean room. The staff was very friendly and available 24/7. Next time I'm in London, I will stay there again.
