Sadly on ALL booking websites the photos are evidently the first day the interior work had been completed and everything was fresh paint, carpets, beds and fixtures and fittings. Regrettably that's not the case today and wind years forward to today. The interior needs a refurb. I'd say it's a 2* at best. Finger prints on the walls around light switches (thousands of clicks over the years). Ceiling light fixture not flush to the ceiling and wires exposed (!). Some of the shower plumbing didn't show off the skills of local tradesmen in anyway. And some small aspects for cleaning or housekeeping could be done. I was a little worried (!) that some of the fire doors to corridors had cloths over them to mask the crash when they close. I get that it drives the guests crazy with the banging but getting better door closing pistons and jamb mufflers would be better !!!
I reported the plumbing issues to the reception desk and they promised it would be fixed in readiness for any new guests.
Not unsurprisingly I'd have look elsewhere on the first instance the next time.
Hotel staff always willing to find a suitable option for your need inuding checking nearby hotels to satisfy you even when they don't have availability. Very reasonable prices and happy to even grant you further discount if staying for a longer period.
Euro Hotel Hammersmith is a choice hotel for short and longstays.. just give it a try and you will be glad indeed.

Heating was random - coming on mostly late in the evening, making it very hot for sleeping. Didn't come on at all some days!
There were two other rooms in the same part of the building with extremely noisy guests who seemed to have family or friends staying in other rooms, so there was a lot of knocking and shouting very early in the morning and late into the evening.
There are some plus points - the bed was actually quite comfortable and there was a good sized TV with an excellent selection of channels. There was a small fridge in the room which was a bonus. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic.
The hotel is about a ten minute walk from Westfield shopping centre, so relatively close to Shepherds Bush and White City Central Line stations. There is a small Sainsbury Local across the road from the hotel.
I did not see any step-free access to any of the buildings, though there were rooms on the ground floor in my building. Annoyingly for the price paid, I could have spent a few more pounds and stayed at a Premier Inn.

The customer service is terrible. And they have the audacity to ask for a good review when she checked out.
I have sent an email every day to this hotel with my complaint and not even received any response. We will never book with this hotel again.

-In addition to baguettes with cheese or ham to choose, there were also cereals of three varieties. To that were made various egg dishes, bacon and tomato. Two kinds of toast were also fixed. Of course coffee or tea and some fruit.
-And walking distance to King Cross station is good.
"Try staying in this hotel and you will be glad indeed. Excellent service. Very hospitable staff and highly Clean hygienic environment."Read full review
