The hotel is functional; slept, showered and "bathroomed". If you're going to a concert at the Hammersmith Apollo then it's a short walking distance.

Sadly on ALL booking websites the photos are evidently the first day the interior work had been completed and everything was fresh paint, carpets, beds and fixtures and fittings. Regrettably that's not the case today and wind years forward to today. The interior needs a refurb. I'd say it's a 2* at best. Finger prints on the walls around light switches (thousands of clicks over the years). Ceiling light fixture not flush to the ceiling and wires exposed (!). Some of the shower plumbing didn't show off the skills of local tradesmen in anyway. And some small aspects for cleaning or housekeeping could be done. I was a little worried (!) that some of the fire doors to corridors had cloths over them to mask the crash when they close. I get that it drives the guests crazy with the banging but getting better door closing pistons and jamb mufflers would be better !!!

I reported the plumbing issues to the reception desk and they promised it would be fixed in readiness for any new guests.

Not unsurprisingly I'd have look elsewhere on the first instance the next time.

Hello, I went with three more friends and stayed in a room with two double beds. This was very spacious and with very useful facilities like a coffee maker, a mini fridge and own bathroom. The WIFI worked perfectly and the daily room service is of great quality. It has a supermarket directly opposite the building and two subway stations at five (Sepherd's Bush Station) and fifteen (Hammersmith Station) minutes walk. Finally, the reception is open 24 hours a day and always ready to help you. A very good experience that certainly helped us a lot on the trip.

An excellent hotel. Have been staying there since 2011. Very hospitable staff. Very clean service and hygienic environment. Excellent location at the heart of Hammersmith for shopping and access to train stations.

Hotel staff always willing to find a suitable option for your need inuding checking nearby hotels to satisfy you even when they don't have availability. Very reasonable prices and happy to even grant you further discount if staying for a longer period.

Euro Hotel Hammersmith is a choice hotel for short and longstays.. just give it a try and you will be glad indeed.

It’s a cheap room but for an extra £20 you can stay in a premier in which is much cleaner and much higher standards. The room was filthy, smelly and not worth the money at all. A could not possibly recommend this hotel as I don’t think I have ever been so disappointed with the state of a hotel room.

The room was in the basement of a separate building. It was very small and extremely tired, though it did not feel dirty. The bedside light was hanging off the wall (potential health and safety issue). I was given no information about breakfast which was apparently provided free (not that I would have eaten there). No help was offered with luggage though there steep steps up to reception and a narrow staircase down to the room. A kettle, mug and tea and coffee sachets were provided but no milk! 'Daily housekeeping' was conspicuous by its absence. One small towel was provided with a bar of soap (not used) and a sachet of shampoo.

Heating was random - coming on mostly late in the evening, making it very hot for sleeping. Didn't come on at all some days!

There were two other rooms in the same part of the building with extremely noisy guests who seemed to have family or friends staying in other rooms, so there was a lot of knocking and shouting very early in the morning and late into the evening.

There are some plus points - the bed was actually quite comfortable and there was a good sized TV with an excellent selection of channels. There was a small fridge in the room which was a bonus. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic.

The hotel is about a ten minute walk from Westfield shopping centre, so relatively close to Shepherds Bush and White City Central Line stations. There is a small Sainsbury Local across the road from the hotel.

I did not see any step-free access to any of the buildings, though there were rooms on the ground floor in my building. Annoyingly for the price paid, I could have spent a few more pounds and stayed at a Premier Inn.

One of our worst experience ever. Rooms smelt terrible the one downstairs the smell of mould mixed with cigarettes smell was to a level that we were getting allergies. The carpets are filthy. Furniture corners broken. The stairs are to steep to go up with lugages. The walls had light hand fingerprints showing. the room upstairs had a very small window and felt claustrophobic When we tried to go and speak to reception once the room was closed. And the second time when we left the 'hotel' early as we booked the ret of our stay with Premier Inn, there was a young lad in reception not the man who checked us in, and I just did not feel comfortable to complain such a terrible experience to a boy. I tried calling them, I sent them emails. Nothing ghost mode. I also complained with expedia since the photos on their site are very very misleading and that they shud be more professional which hotels to keep on their site and receive tourists. They only offered 50GBP for our bad experience and I refused as I wanted full refund on the 2 nights we did not use. I just chose this hotel since it looked an idyllic London house but believe me not even mice would stay there. Be careful before booking. Recommended through friends is best.

I booked this hotel for my daughter as it was close to a venue where she was attending a concert, when she arrived for check in the hotel had her booked in on wrong dates and were full the day she arrived so without any explanation they got her a room in the hotel next to them. She is only 18 and this was her first solo trip to London she was devastated and in a panic not knowing what was going on. They then came up to her room later with a card machine to take payment from her and charged her wrong. This is no way to treat a guest…. I called to find out what was happening, they don’t answer their phones, I called 12 times and left a message. Only to get a call later on that evening demanding her to come down and pay extra money cause they charged her wrong again their fault. So they were not even returning my call only calling for their money. Trying to blame me the whole time for the wrong reservation which it clearly stated the dates on our booking. The room was tiny even though they claimed it was an upgrade the window had been open all day so the room was freezing and the hall smelt of weed. Her door didn’t lock properly so she felt unsafe in the room. The kettle and coffee creamer were full of dust!
The customer service is terrible. And they have the audacity to ask for a good review when she checked out.
I have sent an email every day to this hotel with my complaint and not even received any response. We will never book with this hotel again.

We got a room which was tiny with walls covered in stains, condensation pooring down the window that also had a hole above it. The curtains were dirty and outside window sill covered in some black yuck and cigarette butts. We complained to the manager the manager was in attitude and told us that if you dont want to stay you can leave he no have manners how to talk with the customers we paid good money for stay at the hotel but the manager need to learn how to talk with the customer. Room was quite smelly and dirty as well carpet and the curtains was quite dirty. When we checkout at that time the manager was still rude.

-Small room with creaky bed but room for desk and chair. But the breakfast was really good for such a small hotel.
-In addition to baguettes with cheese or ham to choose, there were also cereals of three varieties. To that were made various egg dishes, bacon and tomato. Two kinds of toast were also fixed. Of course coffee or tea and some fruit.
-And walking distance to King Cross station is good.

Absolutely rubbish, incredibly small room the most spacious thing there was the toilet and even there I had to move sideways. The price is a joke for this place, there should be a requirement to call yourself a hotel cause this is just a bed in a small room with a toilet. We even had to complain to get our beds made and the tiny space cleaned. The picture online must have cost them a fortune to make it look that good and even reasonably spacious.
