I’m no stranger to Easyhotels and have stayed in many across the country but this is by far the worst I’ve stayed in and I won’t be returning. The sheets on the bed were stained and covered in hairs when I arrived and the whole top floor had a really unpleasant smell. The floor in the room was dirty, the bed sheets were stained and the walls were covered in marks that could’ve easily been removed with a quick wipe. The bathroom again was unclean and the plastic on the toilet seat was peeling which can’t be at all hygienic. The bathroom doorframe also had rust and mould on it. The staff member I met upon arrival was very abrupt, bordering on rude and barely spoke to me whilst checking me in. The only pro to this hotel is its location. But the rest is absolutely not worth the price paid. Avoid at all costs, there’s better (and certainly cleaner) around for the same price.…

Great location in the center of Kensington, close to the underground and multiple restaurants, bars and shops. The rooms are simple but comfortable for a good sleep. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I will be back.

Decent location and the room was clean and acceptable. The staff were helpful and I’d like to give a shout out to Israel on reception who was most helpful and helped me maintain a cooler temperature in my room which was over heating!

The hotel was great, room was a little small but was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location less than 10 mins from the closest tube station. The staff were very lovely and helpful. I will definitely consider this hotel the next time I’m in London and highly recommend to anyone

Been here for 2 nights, handbagage only and it was good! Good beds, friendly staff, very close to the centre. Metro very near by. Maybe one point of a little criticism, a shelf for your luggage would be perfect. We will come back!

The managers and host were unfriendly. The room was fine in general. But I was surprised by unfriendly attitude of staff. It was difficult for them to open the front door, they did not greeted me at all and did not not explain while checking in.

Such a great place with such a polite staff. The price was fair and the room was at the exact measure we needed to spend the night. It was also pretty clean and comfortable. Great location and easy to reach out! Totally recommend it!
