The rooms are basic and contain much the same in the way of furniture. The televisions are hilariously tiny and the wardrobe I had was a tad wobbly. But the bed was comfortable and clean. The shower I had was a bit of a disaster, hanging off the wall and took a while to warm up. Long wait to check...

i definetly do not suggest this hotel, staff is totally careless, they even do not have a computer in the reception, they found our reservation in half an hour from a handwritten old book ,breakfast is disgusting, women bringing meal to food bar are surly, they were coughing without any care on top of bread and other things, we saw...

Clean and basic. For the price and location it is quite a find. But don't expect any frills. Breakfast is a bonus and is decent enough, a little bus station cafe like but not bad. Showers surprisingly good but definitely needs a bit of an update. Would stay again if back.

We stayed overnight as it was close to St Pancras Station. Online the outside is typically English. All black wrought iron railings and cream stucco. But inside it is just tacky, tawdry and horrible. The rooms are tiny, no air conditioning or fridge. The bathroom so small you need to manouvre around the door to get in. The bed supposedly...

I travel to London every month and stay here. Its very basic but great value for money. A clean room, attentive and friendly staff and a full breakfast next morning. For a central London location, its not too bad. Don't expect the Hilton and you won't be disappointed.

We booked this hotel for 5 adults to visit London at Christmas. We paid £300 for two nights ( £60 each! ) such an amazing price and it also included breakfast!! The location is literally a 4 min walk from kings cross st Pancras station where there is every tube line so it's a really good location for you to...

This place is just awful, so old and tired with no redeeming features. The room is so small as is the bathroom and everything is worn and marked. There is nowhere in the building to make a coffee, not even a snack machine. The man on reception was so unfriendly and unhelpful , we were lucky to get so much...

Stayed here for 3 nights. The room was very, very small, but it got everything we needed for having a good rest - TV, bathroom, desk, Wifi, breakfast, only 2-3 min to King's X Station ... With this price, what could we expect? I was positively surprised with European Hotel.

I booked this for a pre-planned night in London. For the cost I wasn't expecting much (and I have stayed in worst hotels in London for roughly the same cost). The room was on the top floor, I was given a choice but I thought the exercise is good for me. Hindsight it might have been an error. Exercise was...

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
