Avoid at all costs Substantial amount of money stolen left in jacket on bed as checking out while housekeeper in room, left went back and they refused to confirm if they had it. 1.800 dollars. My friend had her diamond earrings stolen similar situation. Run by all non british. No quarantine. I witnessed abuse against Irish man. The staff look unclean, make no sense, look intoxicated and have high staff turnover and ban people for no reason. Room was ice cold no heating. Showers were cold. After theft asked for a cup of tea and they said no. T

Bathroom was filthy and toilets with full of crap, the the luggage compartments underneath the bed had the padlock hinges broken off so it wasn't possible to lock them. The property was very difficult to access with luggage so I wouldn't recommend it for anybody travelling onwards or with a suitcase. Overall I have stayed in a number of hostels for a few years now and this was possibly the worst one I've ever stayed in.

An educator's nightmare. It was actually hazardous. It is disgraceful that basic human functioning never was factored into the design of this hostel. I felt unprofessional being there. Some people have resided there for 6 months and it is not sane.

Great location, bathroom is super adequate .stayed at most of their other locations same good experience, tolerant unless you breach a rule, doing their best to accommodate people's needs in lockdown you just have to ask
