We stayed here for one night on our way back to the airport. We arrived early and Monish gladly let us store our luggage. He even called to check and see at which terminal we would need to be dropped after he booked us a cab for the next morning! He then gave us directions to walk to find several pubs and restaurants. We ate all three meal while we were there at a local pub called the Red Lion and Pineapple. It was not 5 star dining, but it has comfort food at great prices. We stayed in the Family Suite. All the beds were comfortable and had a quiet night's sleep. Thanks Monish for the great stay!

Excellent location. Hotel is only 5 min walk to Acton station. (Trains are every half hour). There is a Sainsburys local 1 min walk from hotel. A pharmacy and petrol station opposite that too. Also a couple of shops directly opposite, one of which is open very late. Hotel is great, staff really approachable and helpful. Front desk seem to be on all the time.(you can just leave your room key there, so it’s one less thing to worry about when your out and about). Free Wifi. Car parking available (about 6 cars) I just parked up and left my car for the duration of my stay. Could have done with a full length mirror( maybe attached to the wardrobe or door?) so your girlfriend can check herself out before she goes out.

location was close to trains and a quick drive to the sights of london , very accommodating for parking as there wasnt much free big breakfast ,great place to just put your head down for the night , not many pubs, restuarants around , but great for what we needs , rooms were clean for a B&B, $80 pound a night but ok

The hotel badly needs redecoration. Paint is coming off. Floors cannot be cleaned fully any more. Our room in the basement was a bit smelly (sewer and humidity). It had the advantage that it was very quiet. We had a room safe that was not attached (so could be taken to be opened elsewhere). Cupboards are limited. Beds are a bit old. Room is a bit small for 3 beds, but doable. Shower was clean but the curtain should have been renewed earlier. This was all compensated by a very hospitable staff. They were very helpful and prepared breakfast (a bit limited) with great care. Thank you so much for having us!

I was staying in the hotel for two weeks during the summer. The stuff of the hotel was absolutely amazing to the point that it almost feels bad to ask them for assistance since they are so eager to help. The room itself was clean, orderly and comfortable. The breakfast was great, free floating coffee and classic vegetarian English. The water in the shower were warm, the sheets were replaced everyday, and generally speaking - every time I returned to the hotel it felt like returning to a very safe and warm home after a day of activities. I must give another shutout for the staff that really gave an impeccable service even for my more unusual requests and their sturdiness in finding outside the box solutions.
