My daughter and I stayed here 6th August 2022. Room description was Deluxe Double Room. It was impossible to get either side of the bed and only one person could get in the bathroom. I appreciate this is London but for the price it should have been a lot more luxurious.
Manager Monish was able to take care of us ( a group of 6 adults & 2 children under 4 yrs old . Our original booking fell through last minute & Monish was able to help us out with 3 rooms last minute . It didn’t stop there ! He listened to our situation and started to give us advice on what to do to get our money back on original booking. He saw we were pretty deflated about the whole situation as we still needed to find accommodations for 5 nights in London pre Jubilee festivities. Monish took it upon himself to be our advocate . The next day we had booked plans and had no where to put our luggage . He offered to hold our luggage until we were able to come pick it up . We found alternate accommodations for the next 5 nights , picked up our luggage at his hotel the end ? No ! Monish continued to message us to ensure our vacation was going well and if there was anything else we may need from him . Truly outstanding service . I highly recommend this hotel and it’s staff .…
As this was my first solo trip I wanted somewhere quiet and within walking distance of trains and buses. I eventually chose Oyo because I read the reviews and saw that it was a good place to stay. After staying there for 3 nights I can say that I had an absolutely amazing stay. The room was a good size, bed was super comfortable, the en-suite bathroom was a good size with a really good shower. Fridge, telly and tea/coffee stuff in the room on arrival and topped up every day. I found the place very clean and sanitary. Was nice to stay at a place and not have completely white bedding. The staff at the guest house are all fantastic too. As it was my first time travelling on my own, naturally I had many questions. It felt like every 10 minutes I was knocking on the office door to ask another question. Every time this happened though, the staff were incredible and helped me so much. From printing off a route to get into central London to actually running to the bus stop to tell me I was at the wrong one. They also booked a taxi for me to get back to Victoria coach station which I appreciated greatly. Once again, I cannot thank everyone there enough for making me feel welcomed and very safe. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to London.…
I found this accommodation by filtering criteria of private bathroom (not hostel), good reviews and price of max 250 Eur for 3 nights. It served me well - shower, comfy bed and WiFi, accommodation just for night sleep. Furniture and carpet are old (2004?), stairs steep, info in guest welcome booklet not up to date but that are irrelevant with price you pay and good staff. I didn't need AC but noticed just fan attached to the wall, wonder how it serves during summer heat. There is a fridge in a room, good if you have items to keep cold but is noisy. 24 hrs reception is plus. Hotel is in Acton quarter, north - west part of London, zone 3. With easy London public transport, location is great.
We came to the hotel from another of the same chain because we had problems and they helped us with everything! We arrived and we felt at home! They took good care of us! The room is comfortable although a bit small, it has a refrigerator, electric kettle, amenities, coffee and tea. The bathroom is big and clean!
Pleasent and helpful staff :) super comfy bed and good-sized room that included all the necessary things with affordable price. Cleaning everyday, nothing to complain about. Definitely visiting again!
It was a nice enough hotel, old, but clean enough. No elevators, so not easy access for anyone with walking issues. The hotel was spread out. Restaurant was ok, food was a bit plain with not much variety, but tasted good. Breakfast was not included and to be honest not worth the $9.99 It was nice that they had a little bar on site.
Just returned from 2 night stay. Family of 4 and room was good size, clean and had fridge, television and hair dryer. Free car parking and short walk (10-15mins) to Tube Station. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Couldn’t fault and would definitely use this hotel again.
Firstly, I hesitated in giving five stars, its not luxury and slightly outdated, however, its clean, comfortable, and is run by a pleasant team, who were very helpful, and were prepared to engage in conversation. I stayed two nights midweek, and had a single room, which was down in the basement, with a couple of other rooms and the breakfast room(didn't partake so can not comment). The room was cosy, but clean, and had tv ,hairdryer, free wifi ,kettle, tea and coffee, desk, chair, wardrobe, cupboard, toiletries on arrival, and the surprise of a handy safe. Bathroom was modern, and everything in order, although the shower doors had a slight gap when closed.Cleaner came in after first night, and had tidy up and made bed, towels could be changed if required. Local shops opposite, and quick walk to Sainsburys local or five minutes to co op, with a large morrisons 10/15 minutes away. Area not the best but ive stopped in Acton before so knew what to expect, and would do so again, never had any problems in the area, with hotel close to Acton Mainline, and a straightforward bus trip to North Acton tube for central line. At price I paid, and for the hospitality of the team running it, would definitely stay again.…
We spent 5 nights at this Hotel with girlfriend. It is best offer for this price if you are looking for a place just for sleep with enough privacy. Rooms are very small but comfy and most importantly with own bathroom which was unique in this price level. Staff is friendly and if you need nomething they are willing to help. Each day when we come back from London trip we found room clean with changed bed and towels. If you want you can spend 5 pounds for continental breakfast which could taste better but if you need energy before your trip its fine. Location is also very good. Hotel is few meters from bus stadion (266 line) which take you directly to Acton North (tube station of Central line) so you can be in 40 minutes in London center and start exploring the city.
