I met an amazing person called Dilip, this person was treating us like family, very professional person who knows how to make you feel so comfortable as if we were in our house. We came for a business trip and was in Hilton hotel before coming to the elysee hotel. Dilip suggested us their good room and we took it soon as we entered the room we realised this place is way better than Hilton and price incomparable even if we pay same price that we payed when we were in Hilton still elysee hotel with Dilip is going to be superior on the rest of hotels we were in UK so far. Originally booked through booking.com via agoda for weekend in early Oct, but due to covid event was cancelled. Rang up and Philip kindly changed the date of our booking to February '21 as a good will. Great customer service, wait to hear about the room!

Amazing location right in Central London with 2 mins walk to Hade Park and 10 mins walk to Oxford Street. Room size is very good and very friendly and helpful staff. Dilip at reception was very friendly and supportive.

That day didn’t start well for all of us specially the celebrant. The flat we booked initially had issues. Finding accommodation for the seven of us at short notice was grim. But everything changed when Maria spoke to Dilip on the phone, he was our knight in shining armour. We got to the hotel & the warm smile from Dilip relaxed us all. He was a fantastic host, he made us feel very welcome during our stay. Karishma his colleague was lovely too. The hotel was clean although it just needed a little bit of fresh smellies around, hand sanitizers in the rooms & perhaps disposable masks in the counter. 🤩Jellen
