Me and my friends got dealt the short end of the stick and were put in a room downstairs that was comparable to a shed. None of the images we saw when booking this hotel matched our room at all, so don't be fooled. When booking this hotel you're essentially running the risk of having the same experience, dish out the extra money to stay at another hotel in the area so you don't have to book and pay for another accommodation after the first night,as we did. Firstly, the elevator was out of service when we arrived so we carried 20 kilo suitcases down a narrow stairway with no offer of help by the staff member who checked us in. One of the mattress's was broken in the middle which meant sinking in when lying on it, the toilet was so close to the wall you couldn't sit on it fully facing forwards and the shower head pressure was poor when the temperature was at the warmest setting (very uncomfortable in the winter). The closet to store clothes and suitcases was dusty and dirty and had a door leading to outside attached to it making it feel unsafe if it could be unlocked at any time. Pillows, pillow cases and sheets were dirty and had stains and one of the beds sat against the room heater that had no off switch making for an uncomfortable worrying nights sleep for potential danger hazards and feet hitting the hot surface throughout the night. Furniture also was very uninviting with stains, we had no view besides a small court yard outside our room and were woken early in the morning with the sound of vacuuming outside our door. With no other form of ventilation in the room, having to have the window open when getting ready in the morning meant passing staff could see right through the window and vice versa. Overall room seemed very outdated, dirty, uninviting and generally not safe, do not bother booking and running the risk of the same experience.

I booked three people Into this property, and upon arrival I was met with texts and messages regarding the disgusting state of the hotel and the room. The mattress was broken, stained pillows and no room to move at all. When trying to speak to the staff they were met with indifference. After immediately booking them in to another property, they refused to refund the remainder of the stay and made the girls feel uncomfortable. What ever you do, don’t stay here!!! I will be recommending everyone stays elsewhere. No Refunds!!

Hotel with extremely friendly and customer oriented reception crew near Earl's Court metro station. This station has 2 lines: Piccadilly(direct to Heathrow airport, Piccadilly Circus and Green Park/Buckingham Palace) and District (direct to Westminstrer Abbey, Tower Bridge, Victoria and Paddington train stations). FYI: to get on/off Piccadilly line, you need to take an elevator. There are 2 exits: Earl's Court road and Warwick road(I never took this exit). To get to the hotel from Earls Court road, go left, take 1st left, than take second right and walk about a block. You'll arrive to the square with the park/garden, turn left and turn right at first corner. Hotel is on that corner. There are a lot of restaurants at Earl's Court road, 2 banks across the street from metro station entrance, a small supermarket(with metro station entrance behind you, turn left and keep going for a couple of blocks). There also 24 hours TESCO supermarket not far from the hotel. My room was on 3rd floor. It was small, clean, but slightly outdated and you can see some rust, wear and tear. Specially in the bathroom. Breakfast was not included in room cost, but it was possible to purchase it for £8. For whatever reason, I had a little trouble adjusting shower's water pressure and temperature(I never reported this issue, so I don't know how hotel would deal with it) Also, when I was staying there, elevator did not ‎work. They claimed that part was on back order. If so, it should be fixed soon.
