This is a great budget hotel if you are traveling solo. I stayed in the one bedroom which definitely accommodated my needs. The hotel is a short walk from Earls Court Underground Station and bus stops so it's not a bad spot if you want to travel anywhere in London by underground or bus during your stay. Plus its a 25 minute walk (or shorter if you take a bus) to Chelsea FC stadium Stamford Bridge. That being said the room is narrow in the bedroom and the bathroom. Each room comes with free wifi, a twin size bed, overhead lamps with usb plug for charging, a table, a small tv, a closet with a safe, a mug, electric tea kettle, and two outlets (bring an adapter if you're traveling from a different country. The bathroom is narrow with a sink, toilet and walk in shower. The staff are friendly, they will answer your questions, help you with issues in the room, give recommendations for restaurants and also help store luggage before check in or after checkout. The cleaning crew came to my room everyday and organized the bed and bathroom. My only complain is if there is a alarm drill/test taking place, please inform guest. I was startled when I heard an alarm go off on the morning of May 4th, 2024. Also the wifi can be slow or not work sometimes due to the number of users. It is a good idea to have an e-sim on your phone to surf the internet. If you are looking for something bigger and more expensive, there are lots of hotels to choose from but if you are looking for a budget hotel with privacy, this place is great if you are willing to have a smaller room as a solo traveler. I didn't try their breakfast which cost extra so I don't have any comments on that. My bed sheets were fine so I didn't complain about that. I just noticed the tv remote was taped up and the safe didn't look like it was working (which is why I informed the front desk). I'll definitely consider coming here again if I decided to travel to London on my own again.

Very good value for money (especially when compared with the price of other hotels in London…)! We were a little afraid given some negative reviews but ultimately the hotel turned out to be very practical. Public transport is really close with underground lines taking you directly into central London in around twenty minutes. The neighborhood is quiet, we had a view of a small residential park. The room was cleaned daily and the hotel staff was helpful.
I personally just found the bedding a little soft but we still slept very well.
A breakfast is offered in the morning in addition but we did not try it. In any case, very good value for money, we will return there if we return to London.

Excellent location with friendly staff. 3 mins easy walk from Earls Court tube, which is a step free access station (with lifts & ramps from train to street) on the same tube line as Heathrow Airport & St Pancras (for Eurostar). As a small sized Southeast Asian male travelling alone, I got the double room which was same price as single room. Bed was comfortable, room was cosy & tight with everything I needed, but not a lot of floor space, especially if you have large or multiple suitcases, or intend to have visitors. Lift to every floor. Warning: front door (like other houses in the area) has 3 big steps leading up to it from the street, careful if you have a large suitcase!

We stayed here as a family of three. My son left his PC on the plane, but they were very kind and helpful, contacting the airline. We were three people, so we thought we would get one double and one single, but they gave us three single rooms. The room was in the basement, so the WiFi was weak. Breakfast was a buffet, but when I told the staff, they went to a nearby supermarket and gave me a paper bag with three pieces of bread, yogurt, and vegetable juice. This is apparently breakfast. The room was clean and perfect. The hallway had a classic atmosphere, and it was a good deal compared to the price. The nearest Earl's Court station was convenient, and there were two Japanese restaurants, pubs, Chinese food, Italian food, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and three local supermarkets around the station, so it was very convenient. I recommend it.

The hotel is located in a residential area of London. Very close to Earls Court station, this allows you to move around the metro in peace.
The rooms are normal, more on the small side. In the rooms there is coffee and an electric kettle in the room, as a negative point it does not have a refrigerator.
The hotel has an elevator. You can also store your luggage after check out.
They don't have breakfast, but there are a wide variety of breakfast places nearby.

The location of the hotel was the only good thing about it. The room I stayed in was tiny as was the shower. I am not large and I could barely move in the shower. The beds were worn looking and the bathroom sink had no plug in it. I had to ask for an iron and ironing board and when they arrived the board was barely big enough to iron a sock. When I did turn the iron on, the minute it touched my clothing it burned a hole right through it. Having just spent a fair amount of money on said top, to say I was annoyed would be an understatement. I was in a rush to go out so did not have time to mention this/complain so I can’t say how the hotel staff would have responded. When checking out, it was busy so I did not mention it then either. Overall I would say this hotel is not anywhere near worth its price tag. I paid approximately £170 for the night and for that amount and location I expected better!

Don’t stay here
Room was cold and you cannot control the temperature of the thermostat

Good location. Bus, tube stations, supermarkets, groceries, cafes, restaurants, fast food shops, laundries, pharmacies ... are all within five to ten minutes walking distance. Friendly, supporting team, sincerity ... and with a tranquil private garden view, Garden View Hotel will be a boutique hotel someday. Look forward to!

We paid a fair amount of pounds to be put in a room så small, that we couldnt fit 2 people and a suitcase there.

As you can see inthe pictures, the room wasn't even cleaned.

Smelly, disguisting, now air whatsoever!

The worst thing about it, was actually the air quality - we could not breathe inside the room or on the halls - yes, it was hot while we were there (and there are no aircondition in the building or in the room), but this was so intense that i would call it a hazard to your health.

It could be better but other rooms might have better standards. There was TV but no channels. The floor tilted so one of the doors was supported by a chair so as not to close. The shower was either too hot or too cold, typically English. Only 1 out of 4 lights worked in the bedroom. But if you want to stay quite cheap and close to the subway, it is quite OK. You don't spend that long in your room.

Don’t know about Tube schedules. Maybe there is a website for London Underground schedules? Or email the hotel and ask if they know.
