This is a hotel for the club members , a quaint hotel in the middle of Soho with rooms on the small side and on the noisy side at the music goes on till 2 o'clock and then there the dreaded bottle collection , someone seems to empty a huge number of glass bottles into the bin in the early...

We had a great lunch at The Groucho Club. One of their private rooms had its own bar and 60 of us squeezed in. The food was excellent, great tasting and hot. The service was also very good. We didn't get access to the private members bars but was all very good

My first time to The Groucho Club, which I was taken to for a meal. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. It is after all a private members club, for those in the arts and media. Food was good, service was good. Great artwork on the walls.

Private Birthday Party Excellent in every way, food, service, and atmosphere. Events team very helpful and excellent attention to detail. Accommodation also good but expensive if you are not a member.

Such friendly and helpful service, funky bar, best lamb have eaten in ages. Convenient walking distance to the tourist areas. Great spot in general. And not to forget it the only yellow door on the street.

Stated at the club for 2 nights for business. Rooms are very basic, not what I expected. For the price paid it should be much more. Having said that, the service was great and breakfast is amazing!!!!

Interesting people, fantastic cocktails and a lot of fun throughout the night. We went with friends, it's a pretty chilled out place considering! And if your lucky you may get to meet some familiar faces, it's a location hang out spot for London celebrities. We went along to meet a comedian friend who was just about to do his London Apollo...

I really like the Groucho Club... restaurant has a great atmosphere and yummy food, the downstairs bar serves the quickest hot food snacks in London, and some chill music in a cosy environment when you're done with dinner. Members & guests only though!

Was very excited to be staying at the legendary Groucho Club for the weekend. The Club is inconspicuous you would easily walk passed it unaware of what lies behind the plain facade. We checked in late and made our way to the lift to the third floor. The lift is gorgeous padded red leather, dark wood with smoking mirror to...

Unfortunately, if you're not lucky enought to be a member or have a friend who is, you can't stay there. But if you do, it's a great place with comfortable, modern rooms and friendly, welcoming staff.

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
