good size clean room with TV, tea/coffee, en-suite and massive bed. friendly staff, massive choice for breakfast, free drink with evening meal, private secure parking. approx 7 mins walk to nearest station. takes approx 40 mins to reach knights bridge, 10 mins with change of train to emirates cable car - well worth it. easy to get to from motorway.

I stayed here for 7-8 days and the room was clean. Didn't have any issues with any of the facilities. The breakfast was good but after few days started getting bored. Maybe a change in the menu during the week would be a great idea for the guests staying over a longer period.

The room was spacious, clean and tidy. Had a double and two single beds, along with an ensuite shower room that was twice the size needed., room is set up to cater for disabled people with wide doors and lots of space fora wheelchair. But.... And a BIG BUT is that the room is above the pub and a night...

This hotel is a 10min walk from East Ham Station surrounded by shops, restaurants and is quite a nice cultured area. The hotel is nice, receptionists are very welcoming and accommodating. However the evening security guy is useless and is unable to assist in the most basic tasks he has a bad attitude so if you require anything wait to...

We stayed in the Ruskin hotel for one night, and found it was lovely! Close to the East Ham tube, easy to find, warm welcome from staff on arrival and breakfast was included too! The room was spacious and clean, bed comfy and the food from the pub was delicious and reasonably priced. Would recommend and would stay again!

We stayed for 2 nights as part of comic con visit, the deluxe room is disgusting dirty carpets looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years, one of the blind panels fell off when I opened it, facing a brick wall, bed is 'king size' when it's two singles pushed together, Hoover left out on hallway all weekend and the...

Good Afternoon, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. We are truly sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. I feel like some of the comments above are slightly exaggerated. For example 'no one spoke English very well in the area'. We have been open for nearly 4 years and have never...

It was a six days stay...our room faced the British Museum. Big and specious room. Staffs were cooperative. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was shared but found very clean. It would have been outstanding if the room had TV... Location is so convenient...everything is just around it. Will visit again for sure...
