Stayed here overnight for business. Brand new and looks lovely. Pleasant lady on reception and also at the bar. Only criticism of the room was lack of hair dryer. Better standard of room at Premier Inn. Great 'looking' restaurant but was served a disgusting meal of what they

Room was fine, clean and comfortable but welcome was how I imagine being checked into prison. No smile, just abrupt information delivery. We needed extra milk and were given just three tiny capsules. Only two teabags in room. I left feedback with Travelodge but could not

If not the room, they may have a lock-up? I found staff really helpful arriving after midnight and they were great. That's not a proper answer, but if they can, they'll be helpful

There is someone on reception all the time, if you call or email to say your going to be a late arrival this won't come up as a no show, there is a intercom outside that main door and they can buzz you in late at night.

"NEVER stay here if it is warm/hot as there in NO air conditioning. You are forced to sleep with the window open. A sweat box!"
