I’ve been a guest here for 4 years and stay for 60/70 nights a year. They provide no recognition for a loyal guest. Change of management means they nickel and dime you. Terrible hotel for diamond guests. They don’t care like they used to.

This property is located in the Greenwich area of London. It’s an old landmark that was converted to a hotel. The rooms are of decent size for Europe. It’s a short walk to the nearest public train (Tube TFL system). If you are by chance going to drive to the hotel, you need to make a reservation for a parking spot as parking is very very extremely limited and extremely tight. If have an EV there is an EV charger, but that can’t be reserved and is first come first serve.

I’ve stayed here with my work a few times in the past and always really enjoyed it. It’s one hotel that I really feel that once you enter the doors you can actually properly relax and unwind. This is especially true in the cocktail bar, which is a quiet and comfortable place to catch up with colleagues and friends late in the evening, without loud noise. The breakfast is really good, and the restaurant food is great too, so there’s is no really need to venture out again after a busy day of meetings for work. It’s a 5min walk from Deptford DLR and under 10mins back into Canary Wharf on the DLR. Close bough if you’re working at the Excel Centre too

We had a fabulous experience from start to finish. The bar staff went out of their way to accommodate 12 family members for snacks and drinks on our arrival and the front of house couldn’t have been more efficient and kind to us all. Breakfast was plentiful and we were served by the great morning team who greeted us with smiles and efficient service. Don’t miss out on a great boutique hotel when ur in Greenwich.

The doubletree by Hilton in Greenwich is a hidden gem. Hidden away at the edge of Greenwich, it is a large hotel with great service. We stayed 3 nights with breakfast each day. It was a real bargain for London. The breakfast is varied and tasty. Warm foods are warm. Cold foods are cold. Lots of coffee or tea. The room is very clean. The bath clean with shampoo, conditioner , & shower gel. A nice touch is the coffee, sweetener, & milk for making a cup of instant coffee or tea in the morning. Really enjoyed our visit to the Doubletree By Hilton, Greenwich.

Great place for a stay in London. Our room was great, breakfast good and we thought the hotel was well appointed and clean. The best thing though was the staff… polite, always available, happy to help & friendly. We couldn’t fault our stay.

Stayed for 1 night during a nearby wedding reception. Booked 4 rooms. Total mission... Started with: 1. 1 hour call when making a reservation with call centre. Confirmation email was totally wrong. 2. 30 min call to confirm rooms again. And this time confirm 3 people in one of the rooms. 2 adults and a child. 3. Arrived at hotel and was challenged on the room with 3. Kept telling them had already confirmed this via call centre. Reception lady wouldn't believe me, called manager and then told him the same thing. He then wanted me to book a 5th room for the child!!! Unbelievable. Then first lady was then able to check the reservation and confirmed the 3 people room. Wasted literally 45 mins, with other hotels guests queuing up and getting frustrated. Some fellow guests also had issues with their rooms etc I think Hilton's entire reservation system needs a rethink. Hotel itself was fine. Staff helpful. But the whole time wasting and mission in booking rooms has turned me off Hilton. Will probably look at booking with other chains IHG/Marriott etc …

Din is just the most welcoming man…a real asset to doubletree…such a lovely heart…really goes that extra mile to make you feel welcome…we travelled from Scotland via Newcastle & arrived wiped out…he greeted us with a lovely welcome & smile & eye contact & gave us a bottle of water…din needs promoted he’s the face heart & the soul of the hotel …the cookie was such a treat …we love love love this hotel…resting all night watching tv before exploring tomorrow…having a lovely view of the airport from the bed is amazing watching the flights land & take off…truly an amazing hotel…that is run well & immaculate…we will return …thank you for making our stay welcoming& memorable…just what we need…Brenda.

What a super find this hotel was. Excellent rooms - clean and very modern. Staff were very good, but exceptionally so in the bar. They were kind, courteous and helpful to everyone. I agree with previous comments that it is necessary to prebook parking.
