Very friendly service and great breakfast but hotel let down by very tired room (bed was seriously uncomfortable). No air-con so no option but to sleep with the window open but hotel is on an extremely noisy road. Handy location for Greenwich and the O2.

Stayed here for the boxing at the end arena. Clean rooms at a good rate for London!!. Friendly manager. Bus is 1.50 for 02 and bus stop bang outside hotel. Had a full English in the morning which wasn't that great. Bit greasy and covered the taste of food in herbs. Overall though I would stop again.

Large double room, clean with ensuite shower room, within walking distance of Greenwich pier. Can walk to 02, taxi back about £10 or if preferred bus stop right outside hotel. Restaurant on site but plenty of other places to eat. Check out not until 12 which is great.

The hotel itself was quite nice and the rooms were clean and the reception was welcoming. The lady who welcomed us was very friendly. My only real issue hence the rating was the cleaning staff. They seemed to begin cleaning at 7am and made so much noise clattering around shutting doors with a slam and practically bellowing down the corridors... More

I was staying in this hotel for 2 days. On Friday, I had a small single bed room (£65/night) which I felt not worth for it. But on Sunday, I had a big single room ( £55/ night) with separate bathroom and toilet and also a fan. Staff were friendly and warm welcoming.

Room was spacious, well equipt, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Very handy for the O2, bus stop just outside hotel, we were back in hotel 20 minutes after our show ended. We arrived late on a Saturday night so had to call number to be let in which was ok. When given the room card breakfast was not mentioned at all so we assumed that there wasn't any..for £90 a night this really was unacceptable. The room was small and very basic no bath just shower. The room felt quite claustrophobic... More

This is a great place to stay for the o2 arena. It is an Easy 20 minute walk with a few pubs along the way. Easy to find and very helpful staff. There was a lovely young lady who explained the oyster card system and bus routes to us on reception and there is a tesco express directly opposite which... More

This hotel is very impressive not only is the location amazing for going to show at O2 .The hotel itself is clean and modern and I was greeted at reception and shown to my room by a friendly member of staff which was a refreshing change.

Staying in Greenwich

Neighborhood Profile
Greenwich
Greenwich Mean Time starts here, so to speak, as the very concept of global time was established at Royal Observatory, just one of several buildings of architectural interest in Greenwich. Indeed, the whole of Greenwich's historic town center, its Royal Park and a number of related buildings (and one world famous ship, the Cutty Sark) make up the UNESCO World Heritage site known as Maritime Greenwich. Today a laser beam is shot out across the night sky from the Observatory to mark the location of the Prime Meridian. Other bold (some say brash) 21st century additions to the area include landmarks such as The O2 entertainment complex (previously known as the Millennium Dome) and the Air Line cable cars, which offer scenic transport across the Thames between North Greenwich and the Royal Docks.
