Most likely to be surprised that the photos had nothing to do with the unit they will give you and the answer you get from booking team is that these are the standards and what they have A “premium apartment “ with TV from 1900 and no cabinet to hang your clothes assuming its contemporary design I had to stand for my rights as customer and get a refund to leave Since last Friday Until today ( full 4 working days passed ) and i didn’t get my refund yet and its a local refund No response from staff via phone or replies to my emails I had to escalate the situation to higher layer and waiting if its going to go through Its worth to mention that they are very responsive to social media complaints and they ask you to delete it after so its a sort of trade

A tremendous find. A stone's throw from Paddington Station, Native Hyde Park is perfectly located. Hyde Park and Marylebone High Street are all easily accessible. The rooms have every facility (kitchen, dishwasher, laundry) and the place is scrupulously clean. The staff are efficient and friendly - nothing is too much trouble.

Almost a little apartment, with a whole kitchen. Everything we could want, and even extras supplied by the very friendly, capable staff. Cheerful, comfy lobby if you want more space to hangout. Felt so well appointed and taken care of, everything up to date.. Can't say enough. And right on Hyde Park, one block from a variety of good restaurants and Paddington Station, which is both the underground and an upscale mall. Street feels very cozy, quiet tree lined street, not too busy or noisy. Great place to stay if you want to be on that side of the park.

I have stayed at Native Manchester many many times and been blown away. Sussex Gardens Native was poor. Check in was super slow and sloppy. (Took 20mins). It was almost like they were surprised that we had turned up. (Booked 4 weeks before our stay) Only offered one key card for 4 adults. When we asked for more they seemed irritated and it seemed to be a problem to get the extra key cards. Reception is tired and needs a spruce. Also smells of damp. We were given LG2 as our apartment. LG2 apartment is tired and smells of damp. You can’t really open the windows to let air in as the outdoor smoking area is right outside your room. So you get to choose between cigarettes or damp! Kitchen has wonky units and chipped doors. Sofa in the lounge was awful. Apartment booked for 4 people and the lounge had a 2 seater sofa and an armchair - so space for 3! The whole experience was underwhelming. I will never return to this particular Native. I gave it 2 stars as the location is great to get around London. Please address these issues as the Native brand needs consistency across its locations.

Hi Guerrys180,, Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. We value all feedbacks and use them to improve our services and offers. The window can open and our property is non-smoking. Regarding the damp smell is strange but we’ll try to investigate. We are sad to know we can’t exceed your expectations. Kind regards, The Natives
