We stayed 1 night bed and breakfast at this hotel. We were staying for my birthday and to see ABBA Voyage. I had told the hotel it was my birthday. On checking into the room we found a card, balloons and a small bottle of prosecco. Nice touch. The room was very small but had everything you needed including a fridge. The room was very clean. We requested a high, quiet room and got exactly that. Breakfast was buffet which we are not usually very keen on. However, this was 1 of the best buffet breakfasts we have had. The staff were all very friendly and professional. There are a couple of restaurants within very close walking distance. We had dinner at the Mexican which was very good. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the ABBA Arena. We would definitely recommend and would stay again next time we come to see ABBA Voyage. …
Stayed here with 3 friends to go to the ABBA Voyage show. Arrived very early from the airport and were pleasantly surprised to have both rooms available straight away. The staff were so helpful and accommodating and a wealth of knowledge of where to go and eat etc. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the venue so very convenient and about a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction to the massive Westfield shopping centre so plenty to keep you busy. The only downside I would say is that although there is a restaurant on site, they advised that they don’t actually cook on site, instead they order in from local restaurants. Although we did see many lovely places to eat and had gotten food while out, it did seem a little strange to not have a functioning restaurant when it’s advertised on the sign outside. Similarly there didn’t appear to be a bar for drinks.…
We stayed at the Westbridge Hotel as it was close to the ABBA concert we booked and Stratford International. Staff were really polite and check in was easy. The room was clean and had all the amenities you need, although the temperature control on the shower didn’t work. For the price and location it was great
The rooms are small but adequate for a short stay. We had a window overlooking a wall but this is London! Ritual toiletries in the bathroom which did however smell of stagnant water. Staff were friendly and helpful. We decided against breakfast as at £15 booked ahead or £17 on the day that we could use a cafe!
My partner and I checked into this hotel, it was such an easy check in experience all the staff upon our arrival were so polite and helpful. Our room was amazing we had booked a suite we got suite 4. We left the hotel to go and look around the area when we arrived there was a slight problem, our key card would not allow us to enter the room we went down to reception and they came up and tried to let us in however they couldn't gain entry so we went and sat in the large calming lounge area and waited. They moved us to another suite which was slightly smaller but still a lovely room and they offered us a complimentary drink for the inconvenience. Throughout that whole time every staff member was very apologetic (oviously the door problem was not their fault) the breakfast staff were very helpful. …
The good stuff - location was great, very close to DLR and Stratford stations and about 15 mins walk to Abba arena and Olympic park. Staff very helpful and particularly Marc and Marzena were really lovely. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Now the not so good - there is no restaurant despite what website says and no gym facility. You can order in food from an app but none of the food options were anything like those shown on the website. There were a number of large air con units directly outside our room window (102) which were really noisy so we were moved to another room (304) but unfortunately this was just above the previous room and so was still noisy. We were offered another room but this was still above the noisy air con units, so wouldn’t have resolved the problem. No other room was offered. In the morning the bathroom floor was flooded as the seals on the shower didn’t fit properly. This didn’t seem to surprise the staff and maintenance very quickly fitted new seals. The safe didn’t work so maintenance tried to fit new batteries and when that didn’t work just lifted the safe out of the cupboard and brought another one (surprised that the safe isn’t fixed into the cupboard). The WiFi stopped working on our last evening. This is the first time I’ve been to a hotel where you had to pay your bill in advance - now I know why, as I would have objected to paying the full amount (£193 for Saturday night and £121 for Sunday night) at the end of our stay and deducted an appropriate amount. As it was, that option wasn’t available to me. When we were leaving the chap on the desk asked if everything was ok with our stay. After I reeled off all the issues he just said ‘but was everything else ok?’!! So overall, if you can avoid the rooms on that side of the hotel, check the shower is properly sealed and have no intention of needing a restaurant it’s worth staying if you can get a cheaper price.…
We decided to stay here for our weekend stay.To go and see the show ABBA. The hotel was close by. The hotel was close to the tube station.Buses were regularly. The show was close by Queen Elizabeth Olympic park. The rooms were pleasant, nice and clean.Changed the bedding whilst we stayed 2 nights. The breakfast was great, specially suited everyone’s dietary preferences. Staff very friendly and helpful. Coat hooks could be put in the rooms.
Lovely room, modern & very clean. We even had a little seating area! Check in was wonderful, very helpful as we were asking questions about food & about ABBA Voyage. Ideal location if you are going to the ABBA show. Even bought our food order (their own restaurant is only open for breakfast) up to room, with plates & cutlery. The breakfast was delicious, plenty of good quality food, excellent choice.
This was a lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and it was very clean. The room was a little small, but compared to hotel prices in London, it was fair for the price. The bed was comfy and the shower was great, with lots of amenities. The breakfast was excellent with great service.
Marc on reception was funny and charming, a real asset to the hotel. Our room was very small and not really like any of the promotional pictures. It was modern and clean, really comfy bed which I loved. It was far to hot and no window to open which is a problem for us, Marc sorted this out for us which was great. I paid quite a high price at 161 for the night and breakfast wasn't included so paid another 37 quid for that for me and my partner. There was a football match on and this might have increased the price but I was a little miffed to see it at like 90 quid almost everywhere advertised and for the money I was a little disappointed with the room. Breakfast was nice and the staff again were great. I think I'd be happy to stay here again for around 100 pounds but not really what I paid to be honest, I might have expected just a bit more for that. Great location! …
