Know the area pretty well as i used to live in the hood. Way nicer than living in the hotel as this apartment gives you a well equipped kitchen too so its amazing for non touristy stay and wanted to have a "home" Manager is super friendly. Spacious room (I booked the studio) there is a few wear and tear in the studio but nothing major. Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable apartments. Excellent service. So everything is ticking the good boxes. We spent one week there and will certainly return in the future. A special good mention to the Manager of the flats who was efficient and adorable.

Very bad service, terrible manager attitude and the rooms downstairs are next to shaky with all the mechanical machine noise and the carbon emissions were unbearable that I had to cut my stay, the property manager told me if I don't like the room I can leave .. what a horrible statement from property manager!

Dear Hussam, Thank you for taking the time to write a review further your stay with us. In regards to your complaint about the the AC outdoor System unit located outside your apartment and the air coming out of the AC unit is located out of the apartment up on check in at around 22 hours. I have spoken to you after your complaint The windows from the apartment are all double glazing which reduce any noise by 80% coming out from outside. I have got an AC engineer the next day to check on the AC, however did not got access to the apartment as DND sign at the door. The same day front office team also spoke with you and you have mentioned that everything was ok. I also have never been rude to you, moreover I have spoken to you very professional trying to understand the problem and trying to help as much as I could and as a response you were nearly shouting to me and also to other members of staff. The executive 1 bedroom room with a price 380£ per night didn’t match description and picture on the internet. The given room (703) was on the ground floor (what corresponds with the website description of the “deluxe 1 bedroom”). The given room didn’t fall under the category of “executive” at all. The only window in the bedroom opened into a narrow dark shaft, diameter 1,5 m, you can’t see even the peace of the sky, only 4 walls with loud ventilation installments. Their volume was loud even with the window shut, therefore it would be impossible to sleep in a room like that. It was also impossible to ventilate the bedroom with fresh air (the apartment smelt badly). The small window in the living room looking out at Harrod's Parking lot. (website says this “hotel offer the very best in 5 star luxury London, all apartments face east and west to maximise light” and etc.) The general manager Vitor Medeiros told me that it was the only room available in the apartment building. He offered me 2 rooms in another building (25 min by walk from the booked apartment, in another district, which I didn’t like), one of them was a category below (cheaper and quality was worse), for the second he asked me to extra pay £900, which was ridiculous. I requested that he returns the paid money for the room, and he claimed that he wasn’t authorized to answer these kinds of questions. I asked to speak to another person who is authorised but he didn’t give me any information. I moved to a different hotel, and I did not spend the nights at this apartment (as I repeat, it would be impossible to sleep in). I sent 2 complaints by email but no one answered me.…

I am sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations, however you have booked an apartment under a non refundable policy that is located on the ground floor and at that particular moment we were fully booked and I could not move you to another floor. The apartment was in an immaculate conditions, however as a goodwill gesture we went extra mile to show you another property near by which had another 1 bedroom executive available on the second floor with a nice view of Queens Gate. You have said that you did not like, we then even show you another apartment of 3 bedroom which the price difference was about 450 Extra per night, which I agreed to give you 40% discount on the upgrade fee which again you have refused. used to be my first choice when coming to London but it seems because the previous building manager "SARA" has left the place, the standard has dropped spectacularly. we got written confirmation for what we booked but got something else with unacceptable excuse. i hope the administration will react against the one in reservation who is working so hard to get rid of the guests who have been loyal to this place for years.

We are just back from an overnight stay at Claverley Court... It was fantastic! We were in London to see the Tutankhamun exhibition (also fab) so we wanted somewhere to stay near the saatchi gallery. This place looked great online and lived up to all expectations on arrival. We were arriving early in the morning and leaving in the late afternoon the following day so I had asked about check-in / out amendments at booking time. I received a message shortly after advising staff would try their best to accommodate us but I didn't hold out much hope I knew they were busy at this time. To our surprise when we arrived at 11 our room was waiting for us checkin was quick and easy and the room was lovely, very clean and to a high standard. Once we dropped our bags we were off to look around. To say Harrods is a stones throw away would be an understatement the apartments would be perfect for any shopaholic there are hundreds of gorgeous shops in the area as well as lovely places to eat etc. We had a great time! When we were leaving the next day Sara had been kind enough to give us a slightly later checkout which was then extended further as she realised it was my birthday. Such a lovely gesture and really personal touch to the service. So rather than rushing around or having to worry about cases etc we were able to enjoy a lovely brunch and some last minute shopping before catching our flight home. This really made for a much nicer day (thanks again) We would thoroughly recommend Claverley Court and can't wait to return in future. …
