It is so hard, especially as a solo traveler, to find good budget lodging in London. Now as long as I can book far enough in advance to stay at 72QT it will be my choice. My single room was small, but certainly fine for me and the bathrooms (2) were right down the hall. It was clean and comfortable,... More

I was pleasantly surprised by this lovely guesthouse after a few bad London hotel experiences! It was in a great location, couldn't be nearer to Kensington Gardens. Ideal for tubes, shops and restaurants. The little garden was a nice space for an evening drink/morning coffee. I appreciated the free WiFi and the breakfast was good. My room was basic but... More

If you want a simple place to stay in London, this is the perfect place. Good restaurants are close, it's centrally located, and it's near transit. The service was friendly and the breakfast was great. Will use again.

I never stayed here. Cancelled my booking well ahead of time and with no penalty. They texted me, I called them and told them any booking I might have had was cancelled. They told me they would not charge me... they charged my credit card and I contacted them to complain and they charged it again. Don't trust these people... More

I'll start with the cons: - There are some problems in their electricity system. I found another Tripadvisor review reporting the same issue. Their system broke my brand new adapter AND my iPhone charger, causing me over 40 euros of extra cost having to buy new ones. Of course, they deny having any problems in their system ("it's your adapter... More

Single traveller opting for the single shared bathroom. Good sized room with plenty of storage space. Spotlessly clean, well decorated and maintained and very comfy bed. Room was at the front,so a tad noisy until late evening but a good nights sleep all in all. Shared bathroom was spotless and only opposite. Lots of bathroom options throughout. The most lovely courtyard... More

It's worth paying a little extra for this quaint, comfortable guest house located near the Paddington Train Station, the Queensway Underground and all the major bus lines to Picadilly and Portabello Markets. Museums and nightlife are delightfully nearby with walks and bike rides through the parks. Plenty of food markets and restaurants also nearby.

This guest house just feels like home. Very pretty house right next to Hyde Park, just steps away from Queensway tube. Extremely quiet, clean, with very comfortable beds. The included breakfast was very nice, even had an electric tea kettle with all coffee, tea you want right in your room. Nothing seems like too much trouble for the very nice... More

Excellent location. Very close to tube. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast - coffee was delicious. Everything very clean - nothing too much trouble. Teenage daughter was very impressed with the free wifi speed. Beds not as comfy as they could have been but we were only there one night.

Well situated, close to Queensway tube on the Central Line giving good access across London. Easy 25 minute stroll through the park to Speakers Corner. Twin room with shared facilities. Sink in room was useful & 2 toilets in close proximity. However, 4 rooms shared one shower, so you'd need to be on a flexible schedule during busy times. Whole... More
