Dorset Square Hotel is a beautiful Regency townhouse with 38 individually designed bedrooms many of which look onto the leafy private garden square which was originally the site of Thomas Lord's first cricket ground. An interesting collection of cricket memorabilia can be seen displayed throughout the hotel. There is a sumptuous ground floor guest drawing room with a fireplace and The Potting Shed bar & restaurant which is open all day long. The hotel's interior has been designed by owner and design director Kit Kemp in her fresh modern English style.

We stayed for 2 nights in the Marylebone room while in London to see Coldplay at Wembley. The room was just perfect, a great size, very comfy and so quiet it didn’t feel like we were in the middle of London at all. The location was perfect for the tube at Baker Street and for Paddington for the Heathrow Express. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit London.

Adorable & super clean boutique hotel crazy close to the Marleybone tube station. Rooms are quite small, but decorated to make you feel at home—not in a hotel. Staff was amazingly attentive, yet honored my DND when posted. Highly recommend.

Started off with Michael at Reception; arrived early for check in but no problem. Had a coffee whilst we waited to find that our baggage was now in our room. The room was small but it had everything. Lots of brilliant basics and magical touches. Bathroom was small but very well equipped. Even had a herbal spray by the pillows to help you sleep. Our breakfasts were marvelous. Superb stay and we loved the stylish décor.

The Dorset Square Hotel provided us with the perfect overnight stay in London. Everything about the decor of this boutique hotel has been carefully and tastefully thought out, and the attention to detail in the room was exquisite. A wonderful oasis of luxury and tranquility in Central London

Top class hotel. Very stylish interiors and excellent service. Room was smallish but perfectly styled. Really excellent experience overall. This hotel is part of the superb Firmdale chain which we stay at regularly.

Very expensive for average room, no water or kettle with tea/ coffee. When I asked for a kettle it came with sugar and mugs but still no tea or coffee. At 10.50pm both nights some sort of bottle bin was emptied very loudly outside my window. No form of view outside, just a dirty courtyard with the hotel/ restaurant bins.

Firstly I got upgraded to a luxury King room and breakfast was included in the price. It’s not cheap but when I stay at a Firmdale property I always leave feeling like a million dollars. I could have paid £100 less and left feeling meh. The room was perhaps not very big for a luxury king room but was very nice with the usual Kit Kemp signature touches. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. And breakfast was a joy, one of the best I’ve had in ages!

This is a superb place. Beautiful modern sparkling interiors, spotless, amazing service, wonderful bedding and bathrooms, lovely view and great location. 3-4 mins walk from Marylebone station and less than 5 mins from Baker Street. Even though the rooms are small, so they are so thoughtfully organized and curated that you don’t even notice it, especially with the gorgeous large French windows. This is a gem.

This was my first visit since the refurb, having been a frequent guest in the distant past. The design combines the best of the old set up with great contemporary styling. Everything is of high quality. The standard of housekeeping and service was exceptional, amongst the best I've experienced for a long time. The room was small but perfectly fitted out!
