Warm welcome from the staff at reception and in the breakfast room. I asked for a room at the back as the front can be noisy with traffic. The staff changed my room no problem. Big bed, quiet, powerful shower. The breakfast buffet is lovely and a nice relaxing setting. Decor could do with a bit of a revamp but overall it’s very good value in a prime location.

Hotel's Favorite
Delightful hotel, tastefully decorated and furnished, in a vibrant area of London. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room bright and airy. The bed was huge, very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. The delicious breakfast buffet had a wide choice of food, both hot and cold and was very welcome way to start our day. I would definitely stay at this fantastic hotel again, thank you so much to the Xanadu staff for making our stay so pleasant.

great hotel location for Ealing Broadway facilities is super, my advise would be to ask for a room at the back of the hotel, Bond street occasionally gets quite noisy especially on student promo nights

This is a lovely little hotel, real value for money and a great location. I read a similar review and decided to try it out, and I’m pleased that I did. I rarely write reviews but this place deserves a good one, it was perfect for my short stay in london

My partner and I chose to stay here after being recommended by friends - room was spacious, bed was super comfy, and breakfast was great! staff were all friendly and helpful too :) we would both definitely stay here again.

Great value for money, the location is fantastic and so well connected with the city centre, all the people working there were amazing, kind, friendly! The room was comfortable and clean (i didn’t want to leave that bed, i had the best sleep there)!! The breakfast was good, the buffet was full of things to eat, sweet, salt.. it was a perfect start of the day!! Me and my family will surely come back again, thank you to all the staff!!

Super friendly staff, clean and cozy room and lovely surroundings. Bars, restaurants, shops and parks within minutes walk. Good commute by bus, tube and train. Refreshing to come back to the area after seeing sights buzzing with tourists!

Very good value, lovely boutique hotel with excellent customer service. There are plenty of restaurants near-by (including Gordon Ramsay and Michelin -mentioned pub if you fancy something posh) and Elizabeth Line takes you to Central London in 15 minutes. Neighborhood is safe and trendy, easily accessible from Heathrow.

The hotel was conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the train station. The hotel was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, and the location felt very safe. The staff members were very accommodating and helpful. The air conditioning worked well. The breakfast buffet was very complete.
