Stayed here for two nights whilst In London for the Play Off Final (Sunderland) Location is just as good as any in London, close to the train stations etc. Nice area surrounded with bars and restaurants. It’s got a really nice vibe about the area. Restaurant and bar were closed for some reason so I can’t comment on that (this was disappointing) Room was large with a great shower, higher floors have a great view of London. Bed was large, but the mattress was awful and very cheap.
Excellent Location. COnvenient access to Heatrhow and Central London. On High street so access to all restaurants and shopping etc. Only downside is they havent got in room service and inhouse restaurant is shut for the moment
A smart modern hotel right in the centre of Ealing. Loads of nearby restaurants and importantly because the hotel has no catering facilities, places for breakfast within 50m. Some of the corridors smelt of smoke despite there being no smoking signs everywhere. Our first room was on floor 3, but due to a bedside light issue all the power fused and we were transferred to floor 5 (with wonderful views and above the street noise). The room we clean, the beds comfortable (I’m very fussy), and the bathroom was well designed if a bit Spartan ( I could not find a vent which surprised me). The a/c worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful - especially when we lost power. With just two receptionists though we had to manage the move ourselves. Finally, we had a wonderful meal at the Spanish restaurant 3 doors up the road.…
Stayed before and was great but building work next door made this a difficult stay this time around. Staff however are great and the hotel has a great location just off Ealing Broadway . Will stay again but please advise when there is disruption
PROS Staff were extremely helpful and polite (check in was a quick and easy process). The hotel decor is nice. Our room was clean and smelt lovely. Bathroom was a good size and also very clean (Sufficient towels and toiletries were provided). Room soundproofing is excellent (never a peep from another guest) Location is excellent (walking distance of the station and an abundance of restaurants and shopping on your doorstep). CONS The mattress in our room was clearly in need of replacing. You really did sink down when you lay on it. This was far from ideal. Even the mattress topper used couldn't mask this. I simply couldn't recommend for someone with a bad back. Layout design... The wardrobe couldn't be fully opened because of placement and plug points were away from the bed (not utter deal breakers but this could definitely be sorted). But to summarise, if the mattress issue was addressed I would probably stay here again. Location really is excellent and the staff were brilliant. Although the hotel didn't have any breakfast services available at the time of our stay, there are enough restaurants literally a 2 min walk away to make up for this.…
We stayed 2 days on a weekend. The personnel is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately no breakfast, even no machine for drinks in the breakfast room. The room was clean, but no tissues and sanitray bags. I don`t know why this is a 4 **** hotel.
Great easy to reach hotel. Plenty of restaurants, shops and very near the station and plenty of bus routes. Rooms are clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Value for money. My only bad point was the mattress is really needed changing. Otherwise great!!
Amazing value for money. The location is very close to Underground. It's quiet and cosy. And the rest of the review will be a random mix of words. There is not much to add. This hotel is a good stay. Highly recommend.
This hotel was at the heart of charming ealing and was exceptional. Had a lovely stay and everything was excellent! Everything is really close by and the views from that lift is quite something else :)
I stayed in this hotel in November on a business trip. It was really ideal for my standards and located near to the tube station. I actually came back in December and stayed on my second business trip too.
