We are new at the B & B accommodations and could not have been more pleased. Haya and Elli went above and beyond to make time in London perfect. They helped us with sight seeing ideas and dinner suggestions. Took us to the underground on our way home, helped us learn the transit system -- wow!! The breakfast - perfection...

One of the reasons we like to stay in B&Bs is getting to know the hosts. Elli and Haya are two of the nicest and most generous people we have ever met. They went above and beyond to help us get oriented and clear on the best ways to get where we wanted to go. We had to leave very...

I stayed here with my husband whilst visiting family. Elli and Haya are great hosts. We arrived late on a Friday evening and Elli showed us around and recommended a local pub to have dinner at, Maid of Muswell, (which did good food). This information was great to have after a long journey it saved us tying to find somewhere....

Elli and Haya were just wonderful. Our first time in London, and Elli was kind enough to pick us up from Bounds Green station. Our room had an en-suite bathroom, with the windows looking out into the garden below. The room was very cosy. Elli had a lot of suggestions and tips for us. Maps were provided, routes were planned,...

A friend and I needed a place to stay in North London for two nights and we were so lucky to find Rhodes Avenue. The rooms are lovely and very comfortable and our hosts could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Also the breakfasts were delicious. What more could anyone ask? I would definitely recommend this very highly!

We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. Elli was gracious and hospitable and we enjoyed the cold drinks and pleasant conversation. Our room was exceptionally clean, bright and inviting and we didn't mind that our private bathroom was just a few steps away. The fresh cut wild flowers from the garden were just lovely...

I cannot say enough about the warmth and kindness with which Elli and Haya treated our family on our recent trip to London. Understanding that we were traveling to London from different locations (both international and within Britain), Elli was flexible, communicative, and incredibly welcoming. This made a real difference in particular for my mother and brother who had never...

I so underestimated what a lovely place this is. I had thought this would be a great place to stay. From what I read, the rooms were comfortable and homey, and the hosts were warm and helpful, and it was close to public transportation to easily get to the center of London, and that is what I expected. It was...

I recently had a 3-day solo stay at Rhodes Avenue. Elli and Haya are the most delightful couple, and it was a pleasure to meet them and stay in their charming home! The breakfasts were amazing, and they were both available to answer any questions I had. They really spoiled me and made me feel at home! An extra treat...
