Where to even begin? We loved our stay at Rhodes Avenue Homestay. Elli and Haya could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We truly felt like temporary locals. From the absolutely delicious breakfasts, to the excellent suggestions and advice, not to mention the wonderful and lively conversations, we couldn't have asked for a better home base for our trip... Elli and Haya are perfect hosts. My wife and I just felt so comfortable in their home and in their company. The breakfast is to die for....fruit, cereal coffee,eggs,bread.....you will not leave hungry. The hosts are also good conversationalists.....if you need want to talk . A good location from which to visit and experience London

Next life time I want to be born with parents just like Elli and Haya ! Fantastic people. They prepared breakfast each morning for me, at the time I decided and the way I choosed ! Very nice and clean house and room. Safe neighborhood. Walking distance to a beautifull park with foxes, Alexandra Palace, a nice pub with a... More

Warmth, hospitality, delicious breakfasts, great conversation (only if desired -- not at all intrusive), a comfortable bed in a very pleasant room. Plus a heavenly shower and fresh flowers in the room -- even when the magnificent garden is not in bloom. Elli and Haya make sure there is nothing wanting. This B&B is located in a real London neighborhood... More

Or at least they could have written the book on hospitality. They made our stay so very pleasant with lovely accommodations, delicious and nourishing food in abundance, and just the warmth they bring to their guests. I would with all confidence send any good friend or relative to them and know that they would be treated like visiting royalty.

The location is a peaceful neighborhood, walking distance to the "Ally Pally" where we saw a wonderful Textile Arts Exhibition and such a beautiful view of London's skyline. The "Maid of Musswell Pub" is 2 blocks from the B&B and has a friendly atmosphere with very good food. We were regular customers at the pub for the 4 days we... More

I've just completed another visit to Rhodes Avenue Homestay; it is a particularly fine property run by Haya and Elli, a wonderful couple who truly personify hospitality. Having written reviews after my prior stays, there's really not much more that I can add. As usual, my room was lovely and the breakfasts were exceptionally well-prepared and beautifully presented. We stayed there over a year ago (actually May 15) and it was a very nice experience. The room was cleaner than any hotel you could imagine, but the most important was the excellent hospitality from fantastic hosts: Haya and Elli helped us a lot finding our way around the area and with suggestions for visits in London in general... We are new at the B & B accommodations and could not have been more pleased. Haya and Elli went above and beyond to make time in London perfect. They helped us with sight seeing ideas and dinner suggestions. Took us to the underground on our way home, helped us learn the transit system -- wow!! The breakfast - perfection... More

One of the reasons we like to stay in B&Bs is getting to know the hosts. Elli and Haya are two of the nicest and most generous people we have ever met. They went above and beyond to help us get oriented and clear on the best ways to get where we wanted to go. We had to leave very... More
