Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel for 2 nights recently as we were going to the theatre. The hotel is a 10 min walk from London Euston and 10/15 mins from theatre and shops. There is also restaurants within 2 mins walk, so the location was ideal. We got there at 1pm and were able to check in...

After reading the reviews I was a little apprehensive. I thought I have booked free cancellation but when I went to cancel I found I had not. I phoned the hotel to discussed my concerns as I was staying for my daughter's 21st birthday and the man I spoke to put my mind at rest. Yes the hotel is a...

Stayed here for a business meeting and was happy with the service. My days started early and finished late so didn't really get to see much more than my room. Was greeted politely and swiftly by the staff. The only negative was the breakfast was not very nice but that could be just my personal opinion.

Stayed here as close to the theatre that we were going to and central for shops but the hotel is dirty, the net curtains in the room were in need of a wash, the toilet seat was loose, the taps on the washbasin were loose and moved around. The staff just smiled at you when you tried get tell them...

It may be one of the worst hotels I've ever been. Stuff was rude and the bedroom, beside the fact that it was extremely small, it was also dirty. The curtains had blood stains and they were rugged. There isn't any lift (!!!!!) and we had to carry our bags to the third floor. When we asked the reception of...

With easy walking access to central London. This hotel was great for my wife and I to enjoy a kid free weekend. Only criticism would be the breakfast room was far too small for the amount of rooms the hotel have to offer. But get past that and location is a winner.

From a choice a of thousands we plumped for the Bloomsbury Palace Hotel. Main reason was location and proximity to Shaftsbury Avenue. It was a 15 minute walk from the threaten we went to and 10 minutes from the underground we got off there is closer. The best way to describe it is clean basic simple but does the job...

Staff friendly, room ok if a little tired and in need of some TLC. Cleanliness was ok, some dust in areas. Stayed 2 nights in 303. This was at the back of the hotel so possibly quieter. Constant door slamming from other guests was annoying. Breakfast ok. The breakfast room was so hot I just ate quickly and left. My...

Arrived on the Saturday 4th February to be greeted by such a hostile man, so bad start, got my room G2, OMG I THOUGHT I was gone into the linen room, that was possibly bigger, draft in the window over bed, filthy curtains and decor, no headboard a sheeet as a duvet I was frozen. Anyhow got on with my...

Stayed for one night only. Headboard falling apart, mucky curtains, very noisy. Hairdryer nearly caught fire. Been given another hairdryer which was tested over a year ago and again nearly caught fire! They didn't have any other hairdryers that work. Breakfast full in oil.

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
