Hidden Gem, Beautiful restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of St. John's Wood and are located within walking distance of Regents Park, Primrose Hill, London Zoo and Lord's Cricket Ground. Our head chefs are amazing & their most popular dish at the moment is the "Pan Fried Sea Bass with new potatoes & seasonal greens". We have recently expanded our menu to include International & British summer dishes as well as incredible cocktails and live singers while you dine on most Friday & Saturday evenings, which creates such a nice atmosphere, however it can be a little loud if you sit directly next to the singer, so please speak to a member of staff to be seated in a quieter area, if preferred. We are friendly, attentive & here to ensure you have a lovely time... Please view our "New" menu to ensure we have dishes you would enjoy as our previous menu was limited due to pandemic causing shortages in some supplies. We have outdoor seating and stunning décor on the inside with a nice chilled atmosphere. Our food is prepared with love and passion and delivered to your table professionally with a friendly smile. Fancy cocktails, amazing selection of wines, champagnes, spirits and liquors with great hospitality are another reason for you to visit us and have a lovely time at our Restaurant & Bar. We are looking forward having you with us soon!

Popped n for a quick drink this evening & to see what the place was like. £5 for a beer was reasonable but £9.50 for a glass of Pimms seemed excessive. When I challenged this I was told that it included £2.50 for the Sprite! So I don’t think we’ll be returning to this establshment.

We'd had a drink in the garden in the sunshine in the afternoon and the place had a nice vibe, so we booked a table for dinner. Had the Lamb Shank. Can't go wrong cooking that. It was tired, though and so was the meagre accompanying veg. It was 22 quid, so I expected better than something I'd eat in hospital.

Beautifully renovated pub serving a great range of drinks and with a fantastically varied food menu. My traditional fish and chips was the best I’ve ever eaten in a British pub. The staff ensured friendly and attentive service but without being overbearing or too pushy. Large, well designed garden too. Highly recommended.

This place used to be the best in town, with the new chef - we ordered a fish and chips, and I have never ever in my life thrown food out. It was absolutely terrible. I really hope this changes - would not recommend this place to anyone

Response from Dennis Carr, Owner at The New Inn London
Responded Dec 17, 2021
Hi Patriku, Not sure what you are playing at or why you would write a bogus review, but our restaurant closed down on 15th November 2021. We closed due to financial issues caused by Covid and our chef was very good and delivered excellent food. We took pride in everything we did, up until we close our doors. Unfortunately, we refused to serve certain people because they were disruptive and took drugs on our premises, and since then, there has been only a few bogus reviews from people that did not even visit us as we have a record of every customer that books with us. Your review is fake because we have no record of you at our restaurant and more importantly, we was closed down when you state you visited us. I seriously advise you to check why you would be so childish and grow up.

Friendly staff and great original cocktails by Aman at the bar. Spacious, clean bathrooms. I was there for a drinks event so did not get to sample much of the food but the finger food I tasted was also good. I think our event had 30-40 people and there was ample room for us in one section of the establishment.

I hadn’t been to the new inn for a long time and I must admit I was shocked to see the change. It has a beautiful ambiance. Nabila was the waitress who helped me she was very friendly and helped me with suggestions of what to order. Great drinks from Aman. Lovely restaurant to come to and would definitely recommend if you have not been already.
