This hotel has the best location in London being in the theater district and a short walk to Convent Garden. The rooms are quite small but functional and the breakfast while basic is a bonus. Would have given the top rating if it hadn't been for the basic bed and some noise travelling through the wall as people come and...

The location I will rate as 10/10. In my opinion, you can't get better for a budget hotel. You are yards away from Neals yard and metres away from Covent Garden. We had a twin room overlooking the street, which was noisy but was expected. The reason why it didn't get more stars was the breakfast, stay at this hotel...

If any of you are planning a visit to London soon and want a cheap place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel! The rooms were small and plain, but very clean. The neighborhood is amazing. It is a 60 second walk to Neal's Yard and 5 minutes to Covent Garden. It was clean, simple, and centrally located— everything a...

A great little inexpensive hotel in the middle of London. Very centrally situated with a lot to see just within walking distance of the hotel. The room are clean and reasonably priced. I didn't pay for a suite at a 5 STAR hotel, all I wanted and paid for, was a clean room without any luxury that I wasn't going...

This hotel is a prime location for an overnight stay after a night out to see a show. I made a special request as it was my husbands special birthday but that did not happen so a bit disappointing. The bed was very comfortable and room seemed quite clean but not spotless and had to climb up three flights of...

Stayed at Seven Dials last weekend. Spotless. Small but cosy room. Breakfast spot on. Full English and lots of it. Great staff. A Great base. Near to most things. Highly recommended and we will be back.

I booked a twin room at Seven dials hotel for myself and my mum so we would be close for our theatre trip. Firstly, there is no lift, so we had to struggle upstairs with luggage. The beds were ok but the "bathroom" was a joke. There was a toilet, wash basin and shower crammed in to a barely 1...

I travel to London often and have stayed at this hotel maybe 15 times. I really like this hotel. It is a clean bed, shower and toilet in the very best location at a very reasonable price. This hotel is for people who want to go young again, and spend their money on London (shopping, restaurants, theatre...) and not on...

I cannot understand some of the bad reviews on this hotel!! My friend and I stayed there for one night. Booked it because of it's brilliant location, within walking distance of the Shaftesbury Hotel, Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden, and it was in a nice area. Although the room (No 2 on the first floor) was small it was perfectly...

Horrible, hot, dated& noisy. The only plus point is the central location- don't go unless you're a very heavy sleeper or used to nighttime noise! Staff were friendly too. 70s decor, cramped - just horrible!

Staying in Covent Garden

Neighborhood Profile
Covent Garden
Whether you're headed here to check out the multitude of shops, theaters, cafes, pubs, and restaurants, or simply to be among the multitude of people who pass through this pretty part of town, you'll love soaking up the festive and historic atmosphere in and around Covent Garden. Even if you don't have tickets to the opera or a show at one of the many famous theaters here, don't be surprised if find yourself captivated by some impromptu act of a street performer wowing the crowds in Covent Garden's Piazza. If you do have tickets, you'll be pleased to note that many of the local eateries accommodate theatergoers with prix fixe menus, early dinners, and later than usual opening hours.
