Dusty, stuffy and needs attention. Friendly staff. Rooms small, shower broken, view back of a building and ducting . Didn't dare go for breakfast, could have wrote your name in the dust on the radiator and fan didn't work. Wouldn't return and for£90 felt we were ripped off

The hotel is situated 5 min. from Covent Garden station, Covent Garden market and shopping center, a few theaters and is near many savory restaurants and cafes. But- 1. The rooms are small especially when you travel with 2 or more suitcases. If you are 2 adults or more and have more than 1 suitcase don't book the double bed... More

Perfectly located for sightseeing in London. Basic but clean and comfy. Surrounded by shops, eateries, theatres and things to do. Breakfast included for the price was a bonus. Staff all very friendly. Take your own milk!!

My friend and I stayed here for one night as we needed a hotel close to The Palace Theatre. As we were splitting the cost between us we were very happy for the price we paid. The room was basic but clean, beds were comfortable and the location was great for our needs. The staff were all lovely and very... More

We arrived early and left our bags at reception. We chose this as the reviews seemed quite favourable on Booking.com and the hotel is very close to all the big theatre's and Covent Garden. When we went back to book in we were offered a studio apartment away from the hotel. The receptionist sold it too us saying it was... More

I was attending a conference at the Connaught Rooms near Covent Garden on the Thursday, as I was working the Wednesday and Friday, I decided it would be less stressful to stay overnight close by, providing it wasn't too expensive. This hotel is within walking distance from Charing Cross to my venue and also Covent Gardens, which is great. The... More

Me and my sisters chose this hotel because we needed a hotel close to Lyceum theatre (10 min walk away) a room for 3 people, our own bathroom, wifi and breakfast included. It's a very good place to stay if you're going to the theatre as its close to a lot of them and it's close to all the shops... More

Booked this "hotel" through booking.com & the pictures are nothing like the reality. We booked it rather than travel lodge because it looked better on the pictures. Rooms cramped, need updating/painting . Bed comfortable but mattress too big for bed stead, so kept rolling off. Room really hot & fan too noisy to sleep with it on. We were in... More

I have no idea where this hotel got its rating from. I don't normally comment on my hotel stays but this one was the worst. We paid a great deal of money for this double room with our arms outstretched our arms touched each wall. The furniture was chipped and in a bad state of repair, the bathroom door had... More

My sister and I stayed here because we were attending a concert at Wembley Stadium. The first thing we noticed was how friendly the two ladies on main reception were, taking interest in our plans and making conversation. We always had a warm welcome when returning to the hotel. I nearly had a disaster in that my suitcase lock broke,... More

Staying in Covent Garden

Neighborhood Profile
Covent Garden
Whether you're headed here to check out the multitude of shops, theaters, cafes, pubs, and restaurants, or simply to be among the multitude of people who pass through this pretty part of town, you'll love soaking up the festive and historic atmosphere in and around Covent Garden. Even if you don't have tickets to the opera or a show at one of the many famous theaters here, don't be surprised if find yourself captivated by some impromptu act of a street performer wowing the crowds in Covent Garden's Piazza. If you do have tickets, you'll be pleased to note that many of the local eateries accommodate theatergoers with prix fixe menus, early dinners, and later than usual opening hours.
