I stayed 1 week in October in this lovely house of Peppy's Road. This is just the perfect place to stay for a few days in London. David and Maedhbhina are wonderful, very warm and welcoming. We feel at home their, because it's very cosy and clean. David is a great chef, (great choices for breakfast) and he always takes...

Excellent place to stay, the B&B is a hidden gem in London, clean and spacious rooms, they have everything you would ever need and more. Breakfast was fabulous and Owner (David) very friendly and accommodating. We did not have a spare Oyster Card and David came to the rescue. Will definitely be staying again. Very important plenty of Free parking...

David and his family were wonderful hosts. We had a very nice stay in this comfortable, homey B&B. The traditional English breakfasts were very nice, fresh fruit and eggs, toast, cereals, granola. Coffee was very good. We also tried David's special breakfast Asian soup which was delicious - a deliciously spicy and different breakfast option. Everything was very clean. Our...

My husband and I were conference attendees at the University of London, Goldsmiths and wanted to avoid a generic and bland hotel stay. We were certainly not disappointed at the Pepys Road B&B where we had the right amount of privacy and just the right measure of feeling-at-home. Our room was very pleasant and the decor was a treat. Our...

We enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing weekend at the Pepys Road Bed and Breakfast, which inspired us to return directly after exploring the South of England for a couple of days. There are at least three compelling things about this place: David Marten as the perfect host, the delicious breakfast and the overwhelming atmosphere of the place. "Very British" in...

This is place is a "find". Just like home. Easy as heck to get to central London and heavenly to get back for a great sleep and wonderful breakfast. A very welcoming establishment indeed! David is the heart & soul of this place and the reason its so nice.

This was our second visit to Pepys Rd. Forget about the 5* hotel in central London - the breakfast will beat that, David's breakfast is 5*! Pepys Rd is well placed for central London - We were attending a carol service & dinner in Central London and it was a very quick journey from New cross-gate to London bridge. B&B...

We had a lovely 2 night stay at this charming b&b. David our host was very welcoming and joined us each morning for breakfast. We stayed in room 4 which had a very comfortable bed and bath/shower. The place is full of old curios and is a bit different from the usual minimalist style. Plenty of reading available and tea/coffee...

We were lucky to find this excellent accommodation. Billeted in the ground floor room we had our own external door and no stairs to climb with heavy luggage. David, our host, could not have been more helpful. The bed was supremely comfortable, the room perfectly furnished, the bathroom well equipped. Breakfast en famille was excellent and David proved to be...

Great place, warm welcome and superb rooms richly decorated with all facilities. Breakfast with view on the garden is a real treat. A great place to go without hesitation if you are in the area. Very calm too!
