Was comfy enough but when i went to go to bed, the curtains wouldn't close so i had the choice of call someone up when i was all ready to sleep or just accept it. I chose the latter. Mentioned it to staff in the morning and was moved room.
Stayed here recently on a mid-week night with my 2 young kids. Never really stayed in a bad Prem Inn and pretty much know what to expect in terms of room/restaurant etc and all was good here. Bonus that the parking was free. The place is also 5 mins walk from the nearby DLR station so easy to get into London. Best thing was the service from the staff who were faultlessly polite and happy to change things around a bit so we could have a room facing the DLR line (watching the trains can entertain my kids for hours). All in all a good stay at a good price (Prem Inns seem really affordable at the moment) so thumbs up from us!
Excellent value, have stayed here many times over the last couple of months and cannot fault the staff, friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and its nice they have a bath, beds are the best, always sleep well here. Good tv, wifi and tea and coffee stuff.. Had some evening dinners which have been really nice and the cooked breakfast is top notch and cooked to order. Will recommend and a big thank you to all the staff.
Stayed for 2 nights as I had an appointment in london, everything looked very clean in the room, no problems with anything, asked at reception for extra pillows and was given them, asked how to get somewhere and was given a map. Would stay again.
Experience as good as expected from all pi. Have never stayed in a bad one. First time at this one and was not disappointed. Pi have nailed the market from cleanliness to polite and helpful staff. Definitely my hotel chain of choice.
