Location is perfect for attractions and accomadation is as expected for the price however stairway area absoulutely stunk the entire length of our stay. Breakfast is poor and tastless. Queues very large for breakfast and seating scarce.

Couldn't have chosen somewhere better to stay. Superb en suite facilities and excellent breakfast. A short stroll across the road to South Kensington tube and the Natural history museum, science museum and Victoria & Albert museum. Plus near the Royal Albert hall. Also use of the swimming pool at the leisure centre over the road. Would stay again.

The location is excellent, just around the corner from a tube station and the Natural History Museum.. Clean rooms, pretty decor.. Fans in the room as it was a hot summer's day.. Service was good and quick.. Breakfast was included with the price and it was good.. Overall can't complain, we only stayed one night... ☺️

Booked this for a last minute one night stay in London for myself and teenage son. Good location, efficient check-in, clear directions and instructions. Found ourselves in a cell like room akin to a budget hostel. The positives; it was quiet, the bed linen was clean, plug sockets by the bed. The negatives (which unfortunately spoiled our stay); filthy floor... More

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was perfect, the staff were lovely, the breakfast enormous and efficiently served. The rooms were exactly as shown on the sight. The position was amazing, you can go everywhere on foot if you want. Will definitely return.

Amazing location 5/10 minutes walk from South Kensington tube station, minutes from so many brilliant museums, excellent selection of restaurants and 10 minutes walk from Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens! The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and has all you need for a bed for the night. Toiletries are provided as are tea, coffee and water, our room was very... More

I was with my husband on business trip for 3 days. It's a very student experience :) nice clean place in the central London right next to Hyde Park and main museums. Enjoyed our stay though the amenities and breakfast is very moderate. Still great value for the price! Definitely recommend

We stayed at the Halls of Residence in July. The location is great and is only a couple of minutes walk from the Natural History Museuem, the Science Museum and the V and A. It is close to Kensington and the park and convenient for Olympia and Paddington Station. We had a double room which had adequate storage and good... More

The room was a tad small but relatively nice and modern. It is also in very close proximity to Hyde park and the V&A, Natural History, and Science museums. Breakfast was included, but that's about it. A very low end breakfast that left much to be desired. We found ourselves eating at other places instead for a couple of the... More

Staying in Knightsbridge

Neighborhood Profile
Knightsbridge
When millions of tourists want to shop 'til they drop, they do it along Brompton Road and its boutique-lined tributaries, including the world-renowned Harrods. And when millionaires want to flaunt what they've already got, many of them find Knightsbridge and Belgravia the perfect place to do so, often behind stately mansion walls or down quiet private mews. Delve beyond the ultra-luxe exterior and you'll find some of this city's cosiest pubs, quiet gardens, and all sorts of indie retailers and enterprises worth a short exercise in spontaneous window shopping. For those looking to take a break from shopping, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and some of the city's most popular museums are nearby.
