We needed to stop overnight because of consecutive days at the royal Marsdrn hospital . Really pleased with the standard of hygiene and attention to care . Room was excellent and we had an outside delivery to the hotel of an Indian for our meal . Thoroughly recommend the hotel .

Supposed 5 star hotel hid behind covid restrictions to offer unbelievable woeful level of service no restaurant or bar, no room service, no breakfast, no room cleaning or bed making , no clean sheets , no spa , extremely limited staff and an uncompromising duty manager who completely failed to acknowledge hotel inadequacy despite the hotel calling the day before to confirm the booking and failing to mention the fact that the only service the hotel would provide for their 5 star status would be a bed!

Dear Lisa S, I know how frustrating it must be to find this is the situation in hotels of every star rating at present and I am so sorry that this is the case. We along with the rest of our industry have carefully formulated our Covid Protocol following WHO, government and industry guidelines. It is standard practice to remove all unnecessary items from the rooms. Cleaning is no longer carried out without prior arrangement and most guests prefer that we do not enter the room at all during their stay. We do offer a light grab and go breakfast and the spa is open by appointment only – not an unusual specification even pre-Covid. All of this information is carefully detailed on our website and you were advised that the food & beverage outlets are currently closed during the pre-arrival phone call made specifically to advise you of this point. Believe me, it is not how we want to run our business – Covid protocols force us to operate in away that is completely counter intuitive. In general our guests have been very understanding of the current constraints but we do appreciate it must still come as quite a shock. Bear with us – hopefully this situation won’t last too much longer and we can go back to the full 5* service soon. Kind regards Eva Leigh Hotel Manager

We delayed our stay due to lockdown but weren't disappointed one bit when did finally did get there. Hotel seemed to have great Civid safe protocols and the staff were very attentive. We also made use of the spa which was amazing. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

I love the Bentley hotel. Being candid, it's not as polished as some of the more modern hotels in London. But what it lacks in shiny finishes it makes up for in character and history. The location is great & the staff are always very attentive and accommodating. My wife and I have been regular visitors of The Bentley for over 10 years now and we'll be keeping it that way. The final point is cost.. It's actually very reasonable when compared to other London hotels we've visited.

Needed to stay overnight before a medical appointment and the hotel was exceptional....the room we had was excellent and they delivered a socially isolated breakfast which was outstanding. They were also rally helpful with vacating times.
