Maybe I got unlucky with the room I stayed in but this hotel/stay was hugely disappointing. I saw the good reviews this Hotel had so booked without question. The room was terrible; broken bathroom floor tiles, sink not draining, missing toilet seat, damaged walls and worn threw carpet to name a few. The positives; the room was spacious and the little interaction I had with staff I found them helpful, also the location it was a short walk from the tube. For me based on my experience, I wouldn’t return here in future.

I’ve seen the glowing reviews of this place, but honestly, I can’t agree with them - at least on my visit. Check in was good and prompt. Dinner service was fairly poor. Was just given a paper menu, never came to take my order. After 10-15 mins I wondered over to the bar and it took the manager intervening for someone to take my order. Back to the room and the kettle didn’t work, so I rang reception. No answer, rang back and no answer just cut off. Not what you’d expect from a 4* unfortunately

Room Tip: Parking is not easy. There is an underground car park, but it’s pretty full with contractor vans

We spent a night in the hotel with my partner celebrating our anniversary last weekend. We had a great experience, thanks to Naana who made our stay unforgettable and memorable. She was lovely, kind and very helpful from the first moment we got there, not to mention the beautiful surprise she done for us. We will be back!

My wife & i stayed here for 2 nights. Right from the start the staff were very very helpful & went above & beyond expectations. At the front desk, we were greeted by Nana, smiling, cheerful, helpful, who took our luggage to a safe place while our room was being prepared as we arrived a little early. On entering the room, chocolates & balloons, as we were there as a birthday stop over on a visit to London, what a lovely touch. We wanted some extra pillows, they were with us in 15 minutes. Always friendly, always helpful. The pool had been recently closed due to covid restriction, but previous to our visit, we were offered a change of date or refund, not the hotels fault. Breakfast was good, a little expensive maybe. The room (402) was clean, with tea & coffee available. Not much of a view, 1 small window, toiletries supplied, bed comfortable & firm. The Crown pub next door to the hotel as adjoined to the hotel, and is where dinner & breakfast is taken, the staff here are also friendly and helpful, Steve was welcoming & friendly. This hotel is an unexpected oasis in Crickelwood.
