When we arrived they were great and let us check in right away. We got into our room it was very spacious and tidy... although if there were face cloths in the bathroom that would have been nice. But overall the service was amazing and I would definitely stay here again

I booked this hotel for a reunion with some friends and we loved the look of the pictures of this hotel so booked for a 3 day girls trip to London. The foyer didn't disappoint, it looks beautiful and clean and we were more than happy. However, we had many issues in the first 2 hours of arriving... - database/internet was down and we had to wait over an hour past the designated check in time (granted not their fault) - the first room we were given had guests already in it -the second room we were given had a broken window that didn't stay shut or open. - third room we were given was much better and where we settled however not ideal with very limited lighting and no window and no natural light what so ever. A positive is that the duty manager Chris dealt with us very well and we would like to thank him for his patience and even getting an extra fan for our room and refunding us our first night. Unfortunately the internet was absolutely awful throughout the whole hotel and we couldn't even research tube journeys for our day trips. It is a great location and good value. It is clean and the room was spacious but too many things happened for us to re book this hotel. If the lighting and internet were sorted out our stay would been a lot more comfortable and easy. We hope these issues are sorted out soon so they don't let the hotel down anymore.

The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed... Although face cloths and real coffee would have been nice. The service was great, bus stop right outside was extremely handy. I would definitely recommend this place.

Old and new parts -we stayed in the newer downstairs part. The room was a good size and was nice and quiet. The windows open to let in fresh air but there was nothing to hold them open. The shower is over the bath and it is a big step to get in or out so may not suit the less agile. The shower had good pressure was was not very hot. The towels were big and thick, but weirdly only one was placed in the bathroom - the other was in the wardrobe. Apparently that is "something this hotel does". The bed has a thick doona, but as is so common now, no top sheet. Tea and coffee and a kettle - but no fridge. The aircon has an adjustment dial, but no matter how much we adjusted it the temp stayed at 22C :-) It is about 10min walk from Cricklewood Station which has frequent services during the week, but much less so at the weekend. There are lots of different eating options within 10min walk. The Hotel Restuarant is a bit expensive. Breakfast had a good range of the usual options. Unfortunately, the hot food was really only luke warm. Staff were really helpful when they chose to serve you.

Eight family members ate here for Sunday lunch recently and spent a great deal of money both in the restaurant and in the bar afterwards. The service and food were reasonable but we parked in the Hotel car park and on arrival registered our car at reception. On leaving I asked what I had to do about the car park as it was Parking Eye controlled and was told there was no charge. Okay all good then but now have a parking charge notice for 60.00 !! When I called the hotel they were incredibly unhelpful and today when calling again my wife was told that would be best just to pay it as no one there would help. Well thanks very much for that and rest assured our money will be spent elsewhere in the future.
