As family of 5 we need 2xrooms on vacation, premier inn is an affordable option. You know what to expect, clean comfortable rooms, good customer service. The hotel looks awful from the outside but once inside it is just like any other premier inn. The location is super, jst a short walk from earls court underground, heathrow t5 direct train...

Let me start by mentioning the advantages of staying in the Premier Inn Kensington: - Good location, near Earl's Court (underground) and Hyde Park is 20 minutes by foot. Also lots of restaurants in the area. - Rooms tend to be bigger than other hotels in London. My room was spacious and spotless, cleaning is very good. - The price,...

The Staff and the rooms are excellent, basic but what was expected, and the staff helpful given the circumstances, but very disappointed with everything else, There was no parking, which is ok as they did not advertise this, nor did they advertise there was not, the problem is they could not recommend anywhere other than the Marriott across the road...

We've always liked Premier, for all of the reasons other people are giving on here. However, instead of having a reception desk, this hotel had 'self-service' machines which had to be manned because people were struggling with them! The hotel has no parking - fair enough, but they then leave you with ill-equipped staff who have no idea where to...

Just got back from 2 nights at this Premier Inn. Spotlessly clean room and well decorated and furnished. Best thing for us was location. 2 minute walk from Earls Court Tube station and walking distance to Kensington High Street. We did not feel the train noisy was an issue. Didn't have breakfast there but plenty of people in the queue...

My family stayed here this weekend on a return visit. This is a brilliant , reasonably priced hotel which is very central and easy to get to as it's close to Earls Court tube and the Picadilly line. Staff are very friendly and helpful and breakfast good value, especially with kids as they eat free. There are loads of places...

Had read previous reviews before booking and had some concerns about the train noise but we were lucky enough to have a room on the other side. All the staff were excellent. We stayed for 2 night over a weekend and ate both nights in the restaurant. The food was very good, reasonably priced and the staff efficient and friendly....

The hotel surprised me! It was so nice, quiet, big an clean. Its location, just one block away from underground is very practical. Price is reasonable and breakfast plan is a good deal. I totally recommend!

We feel we were not the normal target market for customers in this hotel. We have a flat/apartment nearby, and the floors had been seriously damaged due to water leakage. The insurance company got this hotel through an agency they worked with, so I assume the value was good. We stayed a week. As we live nearby, I can confirm...

Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
