Detailed Reviews
We stayed for 2 nights for my sons third birthday, so we could explore the museums in Kensington. The hotel was within walking distance, we didn't fancy navigating the tube with a double buggy too much! It was about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel to the Natural History museum and a very short 5 minute walk from the tube station. Lots of places to eat nearby, but we opted to eat at the hotel for our evening meal. The food was good, but I wish there had been a deal to have a set price if deciding last minute to eat there, rather than having the option when booking the room. The staff were very friendly and chatted to the children and have them crayons and colouring paper.
The receptionist overheard mention of my sons third birthday and said she had something for him, and presented him with a pack of biscuits, chocolates, sweets and hot chocolates. He was so happy! The following day, she approached the children again and gave them a Kinder egg each and a small packet of Haribo. Before doing so, she asked us whether this was okay and if they had any allergies. The staff were so friendly and warm to us. The location was great and I was so surprised with how quiet the room was, from inside the hotel there was minimal noise and disturbance as well as outside in the street. With being located in such a central part, I expected to hear traffic, but it was very peaceful. We opted to have breakfast each morning and thr children ate for free. There was a variety of food to choose from and it seemed to be good quality, Kelloggs for cereal. We had another good experience in Windsor Premier Inn which prompted us to book this hotel for this trip. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves travelling to London for another trip!

Hotel's Favorite
We booked online which was easy and stayed 2 nights and couldn’t fault our stay in any way!! The purpose of our stay was to see cirque du soleil at the Royal Albert Hall and the hotel location was paramount as it was in easy walking distance!! We had a premier plus room which was perfect in every way even though it overlooked the railway lines we didn’t hear a thing!! On our first night we ate in the hotel restaurant after seeing the show and we both enjoyed our food!! Breakfast on both occasions was excellent with a big variety of choice either hot or cold!! The staff that we saw were very friendly and helpful and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!!

Good value for money, we stayed in a family room which was small when we had a double/king, 2 singles and a travel cot but this was to be expected! We stayed for one night and ate breakfast. We prebooked early check in and arrived at 11.00, we did have a ten minute wait while the receptionist got confirmation our room was ready then we were able to head straight up. The beds were clean and comfortable and there was a huge variety of food at breakfast which was unlimited, children ate free too so very good value for money. The staff members on the front desk and in the dining area at breakfast were very friendly, attentive and considerate and we felt very well looked after. Overall a good experience for a budget hotel in a convenient location!

If you were rating this in the budget hotel category you might rate it as a 4 out of 5. The room we were in was dated. It was reasonably priced with the mattress being good. The hotel was difficult to get a hold of with no email access. There was noone at the desk latter in the evening and throughout the night. The hotel/ room was on the hot side with no airconditioning. The window in the room was sealed shut which was good as it kept the train track noise out, (train entered a tunnel at the base of the hotel, we did not hear the train). Repairs to an elevator put 1 of 2 elevators out of service. Overall okay.

- Great hotel location, 15 minutes walk to Natural History Museum and Hyde Park.
- 5 minutes to the Earls Court Underground. --- straight path to most of London's main touristic attractions.
- Rooms were pretty minimalistic with very comfortable beds, working AC and enough Power sockets.
- TV was basic with vary poor channel quality but with extra HDMI input near the desk (no smart tv options so bring your own equipmnet for netflix :)
- Bathroom clean with Bath and great shower pressure.
- Drinking water in the taps (didnt get sick plus it tasted good in contradiction to some other countries )
- Food was great (remember you can use toster to heat up the pancakes ---people seriously have problem realising thats a good idea :)
- On the elevator theres a poster saying what hourd are good to go for breakfast ----- You wont find that info on the website--totally annoying thing :)

London is one of the most expensive cities in the world, so we didn't expect much from a hotel at this price point and weren't terribly fussed about things such as the reception staff (trainee and senior) strugling to find the second room we had booked, or the wifi being throttled behind a paywall. We just wanted a place to rest and do basic hygiene.
Two main issues:
1) The toilets kinda suck. They required multiple attempts to flush feces and feature no toilet brush.
2) More importantly, one of the two rooms booked had permanent ventilation on (not the main one tied to a user panel), from a grid above the bathroom entrance. There was seemingly no way to turn it off. Now if you're going to have a hotel built on top of tube/train rails that rumble every few minutes, maybe don't add an extra source of non-cancellable noise. Terrible resting quality as a result. Required a straight 12 hour of sleep back home to compensate.

Location of the hotel was great for the tube station in this area of London. There are a number of shops and places to eat and drink nearby. There are also many other hotels in the area.
We chose the Premier Inn as the price was reasonable and you can normally expect a good standard of accommodation from them.
Unfortunately this is the worst Premier Inn experience I’ve had.
The room had numerous instances of paint scuffed off the walls and doors. The shower fittings need replacing. The room chair was extremely dilapidated. It also seemed a bit frugal for a double room to provide only 3 towels and one chocolate on the tea tray !!
Good news was however that there was the usual stash of extra coffee sachets etc available for help yourself at reception.
There was no heating in the room throughout our stay in January. The fact it wasn’t working seemed to be news to the receptionist who took a couple visits from us to be convinced there was a problem. They didn’t have any rooms with heating to move us to so we had to have an oil filled radiator to plug in. Not ideal to heat the full room when you are switching it on from cold each time you return to your room. On top of this despite the lack of heat the heating system did still seem to make a lot of noise during the night !!
Good news though was despite overlooking the Tube tracks there was no noise audible in the room from outside the hotel.
One of the two lifts was out of order throughout out our stay.
Notices were up in the dinning area advising there was a shortage of some foods and also mentioning that there wasn’t enough orange juice so it would be a combination of different random juices all thrown in together for breakfast.
Breakfast had the usual good selection of options but some hot items like hash browns and bacon lacked any taste.
Fortunately being in London we were out of the hotel more than in it. But if this had been my first experience of a Premier Inn I would have vowed not to use their brand again in future.

Great location, friendly staff, clean property, but...the 'budget' aspect is perhaps starting to take its toll.
My 'Premier' room (slightly higher cost) was certainly acceptable, but there were just a few too many spots on the carpet and nicks and dings on the walls and baseboards and a touch of mold on the shower grout.
I can't tell if this is due to budget cutbacks or if they are preparing to renovate the property and aren't spending the money to maintain the property.
You have to request room housekeeping service each morning if you want a refresh...that's is becomming more prevalent in the hospatality world these days.
One of the lifts was out being replaced, so there were some delays getting to and from the room. Once the first lift is replaced, then the second will undergo the same. At this time of the year (March) it's not a major problem, but as summer approaches and occupancy increases, it will become an issue.
I had one dinner in the restaurant and found the food and service to be fine.
Overall, as the title says, it's OK now, but if it got any worse, I would probably look elsewhere.

Stayed at the Premier Inn London Kensington Earl's Court for 1 night, as we were in London to see Alfie Boe at the Royal Albert Hall all. On arrival, we were greeted by the lovely Dawn, we were slightly earlier than expected, our room wasn't ready, so we decided to have a spot of lunch. Food was delicious, and surprising reasonably priced for the location, we were served by the adirable Svetlana, who seemed very shy, but absolutely lovely, we also were greeted by Farah the manager, who again was very polite and professional. Half way through our meal, about half an hour into it, we were told our room was ready. The room was a wheelchair accessible one (201) very easy to get into with my larger than average wheelchair. Was a little bit of effort due to the carpeted floor, would have preferred a wood floor, but wasn't a major issue. The bed was absolutely huge, I couldn't get my wheelchair in beside my side of the bed, but with a bit of altering, this was rectified very quickly. The bathroom was a wet room, a lovely size, with great facilities and could move around in my wheelchair very easily. Only criticism id have is the bin in the bathroom, could be a lot bigger, to accommodate more disposable incontinence pads, I could barely fit 2 in the bin there, where I use at least 4 a day. We had a little nap before going out to our show, and I have to say, the bed was so comfy, I almost didnt want to get up lol. Once ready to leave for our show, we went down to reception and asked for a taxi to be called. I couldnt believe how quick this was done by the gentleman at reception, whose name we sadly didn't take, all was done with the press of a button, and with heavy traffic at that time, it still took only about 15 minutes to come. Travel to the Royal Albert Hall took about 10 minutes, which was very pleasing and we were dropped off right outside the entrance to the Hall. I would recommend booking your return journey in advance, as we didnt and it took us almost an hour to get a taxi back to the hotel. The price of the taxi up was roughly about ÂŁ7-10, which was very reasonable. Would definitely stay at the hotel again and visit the Royal Albert Hall again, really enjoyed our short trip, and will definitely do it again soon.

Stayed here for a short family holiday to London. It was very reasonably priced and perfectly located as a base to explore London, just a couple of minutes walk along a beautiful quiet residential street from Earl's Court tube. The rooms had everything we needed, the beds were comfy and we all slept really well, with no noise disturbances. The staff were really polite and friendly and always happy to help, nothing was too much trouble. If we return to London in the future I will not hesitate to stay here again.

I used the tube to get around. The hotel is close to Earl’s Court station. I don’t know if the hotel has parking.
Hi Michael, I did not see your question till today, so my answer is probably moot. In any case I flew to London, so I have no idea about parking anywhere. I hope you had a lovely time.
I don’t think there is gluten free bread but cooked English breakfast, yoghurt & fruit provided.
yes you can....just pay at the desk when you get there
