For the price in London absolutely great. Really comfy ben room 320 was comfy. Fridge, wardrobe, double bed and window. Thats all I need for a one nighter. Free parking from 1800-0830hrs and great set up. Almost feels like you are on holiday. Really good stay and thanks. Basic but brilliant

For the price point I truly expected less. But everything has been good at this hostel. Well maintained and fairly modern. My only gripe so far is that they have been fully booked the last couple of times I've been in the area. As with any hostel, the guests can be a mixed bag, but I've had no negative experiences... Worst customer service I've ever encountered, nothing can be worse than this. Everything has a price, every single thing, very annoying. The guys at the counter are very rude, they don't appreciate their customer at all, and didn't look like they are willing to improve at all. Other than the location is near to Hammersmith station, there is nothing else... More

This hostel is exactly what is needed for a short trip to London. Stayed in a twin room which was clean and well equipped. Literally round the corner from the tube station with cafes and restaurants as well. So cheap for London, definitely can't complain!

Searching for value for money accommodation in London very challenging. After a tough decision we end up booked this hotel & hope everything ok. Well guest what....we actually miss this hostel already. On the day we arrived, we already hungry & tired with all the luggage. I really feel that dragging my luggage from the station to this hotel very... More

So, there is a bed and a shower. But that's about it. The clerks are as friendly as the usually are in London. Not. The room seems clean but i found a q-tip that was not ours, and the floors were dirty. The blinding does not cover the entire window, so by 6:00h it was bright. The fridge smelled of... More

Good points were that the room had a fridge, very clean and different room choices offer private double or twin rooms with bathrooms, as well as standard hostel style bunk beds/4 to a room. No tv or kettle but like i said it's a hostel not a hotel and it was perfect for a cheap overnight stay. Quick check in... More

Overalll this hostel, which in our opinion exceeded all expectations for a hostel, was an excellent choice in accomodation within close proximity via highly accessoble public transport to all major tourist attractions. Location: The hostel is in Hammersmith, a great neighbourhood and approximately 3 minutes from the main bus and train stations both of which have easy access to London... More

The room was small but clean, which was the most important thing. However the walls were very thin and on our last night could hear people screaming about their belongings being stolen in the middle of the night - which was quite worrying - there aren't any safes for valuables etc so if you are going to stay here I... The room was so small,at the ground floor, 40 degrees with no AC, bugs on the floor and bed, we had to leave the window opened and there were people smoking and shouting outside at all hours who could see us naked, a bird fell off in our room, the builders in front of us were refurbishing, starting at 7...
