We were "relocated" to a sister-facility, Hotel California, upon arrival. The standard of this facility was notably lower, with smaller rooms etc., but we had to pay the same rate and were given no explanation.

Hotel literally minutes from the tube. Kings Cross has everything from ATMs to fast food.
This hotel has a really lovely lobby and the checkin staff was also very funny and helpful.
